Main function of KR equipment
• The impeller’s main body is protected with refractory to endure
the service life time. The impeller includes a lower shaft with
wings and an upper shaft to make the stirring condition for
desulfurization.
• Rotating device drives the impeller by electric motor.
• Carriage supports the rotating device and impeller.
• Carriage guide guides the carriage movement
• Hoisting device is provided for vertical movement of the
impeller, rotating device and carriage.
• Dedusting system is provided to exhaust the dusts and fumes
generated at KR station

Main function
•Charging chute: feed the fluxes to hot metal by gravitation
•Rotary feeder: feed the weighed fluxes to hot metal via charging
chute
•Weighing hopper: weigh the exactly amount of fluxes which
will be charged when treating hot metal.
•Vibrating feeder: feed the fluxes from high level storage bulkers
to weighing hopper
•High level storage bulkers are supplied for storing the fluxes to
be added into the hot meta during treatment
•Fluxes receiving system is supplied for receiving the fluxes and
distributing to high level storage bulkers
