Game: Lucky number
- divide ss into 2 groups
- give instruction:
I have 6 numbers from 1 to 6. You have to choose a number and answer the
question. You get 2 marks if you have a correct answer. There are 2 lucky numbers. If
you choose a lucky number you have 2 marks without answering question and go on. The
group which has more mark will be the winner.
- ask ss to play game
- praise the winner

A. Aims: By the end of this lesson, ss will be able to:
- Introduce objects/ things at school with ‘ this/ that positive statements’
- understand “yes/no questions” to talk about people and things at school

- Is this/that your desk ?

* Anticipated problems: ss can have some difficulties in distinguishing “ this/ that”

B. Procedure
* Warm up. Jumbled words ( 5’)

- Divide the class into 2 teams and name their teams.
- Ask Ss in each team to take turn to go to the boars and rearrang the letters in the
correct order to make meaningful words.
- The team that writes more correct words will win the game.
- Praise the winner.

This/that: là Đại từ chỉ định.
