A1. Listen then practice with a partner:
a. Listen:
- Ss answer the question:
What do you often do after school ?
- Ss look at the pictures and answer the questions :
What are they doing in each picture ?
-Playing vollayball
-Doing homework
-Meeting friends.
- Ss listen to the tape for the first time.


- Ask Ss to read the dialogue in pairs.
- Call some pairs to practice reading aloud in front of the class.
b. Answer:
- Ss read the text individually, then answer the questions given in the textbook.
- Ss compare their answers with their friends.
- Call some Ss to give their answers.
- Give the right answers:
a. She is doing her homework.
b. They are going to get a cold drink in the cafeteria.
c. He’s in the music room.
d. He’s learning to play the guitar.
e. He usually meets his friends.
f. She likes playing volleyball.

adverbs of frequency.
- After this lesson, Ss will be able to use the adverbs of frequency to speak about
their activities after school.

- Play the tape the last time and pause at each information for Ss to check.

I. Objectives:
- Further practice using some structures to make an invitation, to take and refuse
the invitation.
- After the lesson, Ss will be able to invite the other and reply the invitation..

III. Teaching procedure:

- Homework correction.

- Introduce the lesson.

* Pre-tasks



- Ss look at the pictures on P.64.
- Ss guess what Ba, Nam, Lan and Hoa are discussing what to do .

- T plays the tape, Ss listen then check whether their guessing are right or wrong.
- Ss practice reading the dialogue in pairs.
- Call some pairs to read aloud.
