promises using the Future Simple.

- Textbook, pictures in the textbook, tape and cassette player.

* Discussion
Getting started P.80
- Students work in groups, discuss what would be done in these situations
which require first-aid. (Students can talk in Vietnamese)
a. A girl has a burn on her arm.

b. A boy has a bad cut on his leg.
c. A girl has a nose bleed.
d. A boy has a bee sting.
(suggested vocabulary: a towel, a handkerchief, cotton balls, a bandage, an ice bag,
cold water, alcohol, tiger balm, medicated oil, etc.)
Example
- I’ll use cold water to ease the pain.
- I’ll take her to the nearest clinic.
- I’ll get her an ice bag.
- I’ll get him medicated oil.
