3. Giới thiệu về luận án
Luận án đã thực hiện được một số nội dung chính sau: 1) Khái quát đặc điểm vùng nghiên cứu
với điều kiện tự nhiên, kinh tế xã hội và hiện trạng sử dụng đất nông nghiệp của tỉnh Nam Định có liên
quan đến nội dung luận án; 2) Đánh giá thực trạng tích tụ đất nông nghiệp trên cơ sở kết quả công tác
dồn điền đổi thửa là tiền đề cho thực hiện tích tụ đất nông nghiệp của tỉnh thông qua kết quả thực hiện;
3) Đánh giá ảnh hưởng của tích tụ đất nông nghiệp đến sử dụng đất thông qua các chỉ tiêu sử dụng đất
và đề xuất quy mô tích tụ đất nông nghiệp phù hợp với từng loại hình sử dụng đất của 2 tiểu vùng tại
tỉnh Nam Định; 4) Một số mô hình tích tụ đất nông nghiệp đại diện cho các quy mô tích tụ và 4 loại
hình sử dụng đất tại 2 tiểu vùng; 5) Đề xuất giải pháp nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả sử dụng đất cho các hộ
dân tích tụ đất nông nghiệp.
4. Đóng góp mới về mặt học thuật, lý luận của luận án:
- Luận án chỉ ra được những chỉ tiêu sử dụng đất chịu ảnh hưởng bởi tích tụ đất nông nghiệp
thông qua 4 quy mô tích tụ: phát triển loại hình sử dụng đất, phương thức sản xuất của hộ, tính ổn định
và bền vững của thị trường tiêu thụ sản phẩm, thu nhập của hộ, hiệu quả sử dụng đất. Từ đó, đề xuất
quy mô tích tụ đất nông nghiệp phù hợp với từng loại hình sử dụng đát: LUT 2 lúa cần duy trì ở quy
mô 3 và quy mô 4, LUT 2 lúa - màu duy trì quy mô 2 (tiểu vùng 1), quy mô 3 (tiểu vùng 2), LUT nuôi
trồng thủy sản duy trì quy mô 3 và quy mô 4.
- Luận án đề xuất 3 loại hình sử dụng đất phát triển trong thời gian tới đối với hộ dân tích tụ đất nông
nghiệp tại tỉnh Nam Định là: LUT 2 lúa – màu, LUT chăn nuôi tổng hợp và LUT nuôi trồng thủy sản.
- Luận án là cơ sở khoa học cho các nhà quản lý xây dựng phương án quy hoạch phát triển kinh

tế xã hội và quy hoạch sản xuất nông nghiệp tại tỉnh Nam Định giai đoạn 2015-2020, tầm nhìn 2030.
Từ đó, hoạch định chính sách hỗ trợ người dân tích tụ đất nông nghiệp trong các bước từ tổ chức, thực
hiện đến tiêu thụ sản phẩm nông sản và chiến lược phát triển sản xuất nông nghiệp trong thời gian tới.

3. Introduction to the thesis
The thesis has contributed the following main contents: 1) To generalize characteristics of the studied
region with natural, economic and social conditions as well as the real situation of agricultural land use in
Nam Dinh Province which is related to the content of this thesis; 2) To evaluate the real situation of
agricultural land accumulation based on the result, households’ opinions and expectations in the land
regrouping which is a premise for the agricultural land accumulation of the province; 3) To evaluate the
impacts of agricultural land accumulation on the land use through targets of land use and to give a
recommendation the scales of agricultural land accumulation which are appropriate to each form of land use
in two sub-regions of Nam Dinh Province; 4) Some models of agricultural land consolidation scope represents
the accumulation and 4 types of land use in two subregions;5) To recommend some measures to enhance the
effects of land use for households of agricultural land accumulation.
4. New contributions of the thesis in academic and theoretical aspects

- The thesis points out the targets of land use influenced by agricultural land accumulation through 4
different scales: developing the forms of land use, production methods of the households, the stability and
sustainability of the product consuming market, income of the households, economic and social effects in land
use. Thus, the recommendation of agricultural land accumulation scales which are appropriate to each form of
land use is given: LUT 2 crops of rice needs to be maintained in scale 3 and 4, LUT 2 crops of rice-cereals
needs maintaining in scale 2 (sub-region 1), scale 3 (sub-region 2), LUT aquaculture should be maintained in
scale 3 and scale 4.
- The thesis gives a recommendation of 3 forms of land use in the coming time with households of
agricultural land accumulation in Nam Dinh Province: LUT 2 crops of rice-cereals, LUT general breeding and
LUT aquaculture.
- This thesis is a scientific basis for managers to set plans for economic and social development of the
province in general and for agricultural production in the period of 2015-2020, vision to 2030. Thus, they can
have some policies to support households of agricultural land accumulation in steps from organization,
implementation to produce consumption as well as the strategies for agricultural development in the coming
time.
