GAAP ACCOUNTING
Generally Accepted Accounting principals are the accounting rules
used to prepare financial statements for public traded companies and
private companies in US. Security Exchange Commission (SEC) has
the ultimate authority over the Listed companies to present their
Financials Statement to Shareholders in GAAP so that potential
investors , creditors , etc. can easily compare the Financial Result over
