ĐỀ CƯƠNG MÔN HỌC
TÀI CHÍNH QUỐC TẾ (GIẢNG BẰNG TIẾNG ANH)
1. Thông tin chung về môn học
- Tên học phần: Tài chính Quốc tế (Giảng bằng Tiếng Anh).
- Số tín chỉ: 2 tín chỉ (45 tiết).
- Chuyên ngành đào tạo: Tài chính – Ngân hàng, Tiếng anh Kinh tế - Tài chính
2. Các môn học tiên quyết: Sau khi đã học các môn Tài chính quốc tế, tiếng anh
cơ sở, Kinh tế học, Tài chính tiền tệ.
3. Các yêu cầu đối với môn học đối với sinh viên
+ Tự học ở nhà: Tích cực, chủ động tự học theo giáo trình và các tài liệu
+ Nghe giảng trên lớp tối thiểu 80% số giờ giảng.
+ Làm bài tập đầy đủ, đúng hạn, đảm bảo chất lượng.
+ Thảo luận: Chủ động, tích cực tham gia chuẩn bị và thảo luận nhóm.
+ Kiểm tra giữa kỳ: Bắt buộc phải có ít nhất 01 bài kiểm tra.
4. Phân bổ thời gian:
+ Lý thuyết và bài tập: 33 tiết.
+ Tự học có hướng dẫn của giảng viên: 10 tiết.
+ Kiểm tra: 02 tiết ( 01 bài kiểm tra).
+ Hệ thống môn học: 03 tiết
5. Mục tiêu của môn học:
Nhằm trang bị cho sinh viên những kiến thức cơ bản về Tài chính quốc tế, đồng
thời cung cấp các thuật ngữ chuyên ngành Tài chính quốc tế bằng tiếng anh. Có thể
giao tiếp được trong các tình huống có liên quan đến nghiệp vụ Tài chính quốc tế
tại các cơ sở kinh tế sau khi sinh viên tốt nghiệp ra trường.
6. Tóm tắt nội dung môn học
Học phần Tài chính quốc tế (giảng bằng tiếng anh) mang tính chất lý luận nghiệp
vụ, trình bầy có hệ thống và khái quát hoá những vấn đề có liên quan tới sự vận
động của các luồng tiền tệ giữa các quốc gia. Học phần bao gồm những nội dung
chính yếu sau:

- Những vấn đề chung về tài chính quốc tế.
- Xác định tỷ giá hối đoái và xác lập cán cân thanh toán quốc tế.
- Các nghiệp vụ của thị trường tài chính quốc tế.
- Một số nghiệp vụ cơ bản của Thanh toán quốc tế
- Đầu tư quốc tế của các tổ chức kinh tế và tài chính công ty đa quốc gia.
- Viện trợ, vay và nợ quốc tế.
- Thuế quan và liên minh thuế quan.
- Các nghiệp vụ chủ yếu của một số tổ chức Tài chính quốc tế
