A. Blue
Out of the blue – suddenly and unexpectedly.
(do sth) Till you’re blue in the face – with a lot of effort
and for a very long time without success.

thinks is perfect
A bolt from the blue – an event which is sudden and
unexpected.

and for a long time because you disagree very strongly with
sth.
Have a blue/pink fit – be very angry.

situation where you have to choose between two things

B. Black
Black and blue – covered with bruises.
(in) Black and white – absolutely right or wrong.
A black day (for sb) – a day when sth sad, unpleasant
happens (to sb).
A black look – an angry or a disapproving expression on
sb’s face.
A black mark (against sb) – sth that sb has done
which makes other people dislike of them.
