need more. Millions of people have trouble getting to sleep every night.
Many people do not know why they have insomnia. Many people know that tea and coffee often make it
difficult to go sleep because they contain caffeine. But some medicines, such as cough tablets , also contain

caffeine. Sleeping pills can help you fall asleep, but when you wake up the next morning you feel tired.
