1.Introduction

Situated on Van Mieu Street, Dong Da District.
2km West of Hoan Kiem lake
On top of historical and beautiful sightseeings.
Symbol of Ha Noi.
Quoc Tu Giam – the &rst national university.
Located in an area of 54,332 square meters



 



Part 1 : from the entrance gate (Van Mieu Mon) to the next gate ( Dai Trung Mon)



Part 2 : from Dai Trung Mon to Khue Van Cac (Constellation of Literature Pavilion)



Part 3 : include a square Well ( Thien Quang Tinh) and 82 stone stelea.




Part 4 : consists of 2 large structure – Dai Bai Duong and Thuong Dien.

     2.Structure

Part 5 : old University (now renamed Nha Thai Hoc) and Khai Thanh temple.

On top of the Four pillars were “ Flanking young lion and dancing phoenix ”.

Each of the two tallest pillars is topped with a
mythic beast

complex and has become an attraction to tourist from
inside and outside of the country.
