It‟s a pity that … = thật đáng tiếc rằng… Viết lại bằng câu điều ước trái với hiện tại: wish S + were/past

Thực tế là thời tiết hôm nay không đẹp, nên không thể ra công viên -> viết lại bằng câu điều kiện loại 2, giả
định điều trái hiện tại: If + S + were/past verb, S + would + V
