Content
1.Warm up: Kim’s game
-Give sts 1minute to look at the picture on
P.38, then ask them to work in groups to
write down the names of the things that do
not belong to the past.
-Get feedback from each group.
2.Presentation:
*Pre - teach vocabulary:
*Checking technique: What and where
*Presentation dialogue - P.38 then give the
model sentence
Teacher check the meaning, use, form and
pronunciation
3.Practice:
*Repetition drill using word cues:
Prepare 5 cards so that sts can drill easilly.

Get sts to work in pairs, asking and
answering the questions on P.39
*Fact or Opinion:
Have sts read the statements part 3 on P.39
and decide which is a fact and which is an
opinion.
4.Production:
*Complete the dialogue (LF 4 - P.45)
*Sts talk about (write down) what they used
to do when they were at primary school
5.Homework:
Do exercises 1,2 - P.27 -->workbook.
