==== KẾ HOẠCH GIẢNG DẠY ANH VĂN ====
1. Đặc điểm tình hình tổ chuyên môn nhà trường.
a) Thuận lợi:
Tổ khoa học xã hội có 10 đ/c , trong đó nhóm Anh văn có 3 đ/c. Tất cả các đ/c
trong tổ đều có năng lực về chuyên môn cao, trình độ đồng đều. Cả tổ có 10 đ/c trình độ
đại học, trong đó nhóm Anh văn chiếm 3 đ/c. Các đ/c trong nhóm nhiệt tình, tâm huyết
với nghề. Nhiều đ/c đạt giáo viên giỏi trường, giỏi huyện nhiều năm.
b) Khó khăn.
Một số các đ/c giáo viên trong tổ đều ở xa trường, một số đ/c có con nhỏ thường
xuyên ốm đau nên ít nhiều ảnh hưởng sinh hoạt của tổ, của nhóm chuyên môn.
Một số đ/c giáo viên trẻ chưa thật sự tâm huyết với nghề, việc tự học, tự bồi
dưỡng để nâng cao tay nghề còn hạn chế.
Việc đánh giá, nhận xét, xếp loại giữa các đ/c giáo viên trong tổ đôi khi còn nể
nang, e dè, chưa mạnh dạn trong việc phê và tự phê.
2. Thực trạng trang thiết bị phục vụ cho bộ môn.
a) Thuận lợi
Trang thiết bị phục vụ cho bộ môn Tiếng Anh so với những năm trước tương đối
đầy đủ và hiện đại: Phòng học có đủ điện, ánh sáng, có âm thanh cho tất cả các khối, có
tranh ảnh, bảng phụ. Đặc biệt có máy chiếu (projector), laptop.
b) Khó khăn.
Tuy có đầy đủ về chủng loại trang thiết bị nhưng vẫn còn hạn chế về số lượng và
chất lượng. Số lượng tranh ảnh hạn chế, âm thanh do giáo viên tự xây dựng, chưa có
phòng nghe..
3. Điều kiện bản thân.
a) Thuận lợi.
Bản thân đạt trình độ chuẩn đối với yêu cầu của bậc THCS. Nhiều năm liên tục
đạt giáo viên giỏi cấp trường và đạt giáo viên giỏi cấp huyện năm 2015-2016.

Luôn có ý thức vươn lên trong chuyên môn, luôn học hỏi rút kinh nghiệm đồng
nghiệp, luôn tâm huyết với nghề, với sự nhiệp giáo dục, luôn chăm lo học sinh.
Nắm vững đặc trưng bộ môn, chương trình sách giáo khoa mới, xác định rõ mục
đích, yêu cầu từng bài, áp dụng đổi mới phương pháp một cách linh hoạt có hiệu quả.
Bản thân đã biết áp dụng công nghệ thông tin vào dạy học.
b) Khó khăn.
Bản thân dạy nghiều khối lớp nên gặp khó khăn trong việc sắp xếp thời gian cho
từng mảng hoạt động cụ thể.
4. Điều kiện học sinh.
a) Thuận lợi.
Đa số học sinh chăm học, nhận thức rõ đặc trưng, yêu cầu của bộ môn tiếng Anh THCS.
Các em thấy rõ tầm quan trọng của tiếng Anh trong thời đại hiện nay.
b) Khó khăn
Nhiều học sinh chưa hứng thú, chưa thật sự say mê với bộ môn. Đồ dùng học tập
ở nhà chưa có: đài casette, băng đĩa tiếng, từ điển, sách tham khảo… Phương pháp học
tập chưa phù hợp với đặc trưng bộ môn, đặc biệt là chương trình SGK mới.
III. NHững yêu cầu cần đạt.
1. Nội khoá.
* Thực hiện nội dung chương trình giảng dạy:
Giúp học sinh có được vốn từ vựng, ngữ pháp tiếng Anh theo từng chủ điểm, qua
đó nắm được các kiến thức văn hoá các nước trên thế giới và nhận thức một cách tổng
quát những kiến thức mang tính đất nước học có liên quan đến thực tiến Việt Nam.
* Luyện tập và thực hành giảng dạy.
Rèn luyện cho học sinh 4 kỹ năng: nghe-nói-đọc-viết. Các kỹ năng được phối hợp
rèn luyện trong các dạng bài tập và các hoạt động học tập khác nhau, qua đó nâng cao
năng lực sử dụng ngôn ngữ nói chung.
* Đồ dùng dạy học.

Tích cực sử dụng các đồ dùng dạy học hiện có phù hợp với nội dung từng bài
dạy: laptop, projector, cassette, tapes, CD disk, pictures, extra board. Làm thêm các đồ
dùng trực quan với tưng tiết dạy: pictures, posters, cards…

2. Ngoại khoá.
* Ngoại khoá có tổ chức chuyên đề
Tổ chức cho học sinh thảo luận hoặc viết bài, phóng sự theo chuyên đề (subjéct) và theo
chủ đề (topics) để phát huy khả năng sử dụng ngôn ngữ.
* Ngoại khoá kiểu sân chơi.
Phối hợp với các nhóm bộ môn, tổ chức Đoàn-Đội tổ chức sân chơi vào các chủ
điểm: 20/10, 20/11, 22/12, 26/3, 30/4…
* Thi tìm hiểu các chủ đề có giải thưởng:
Tổ chức cho học sinh viết bài theo khối lớp tìm hiểu về các chủ đề như: school,
family, friends, environment…
