LESSON PLAN
I.AIMS: At the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to:
- read about hobbies.
- scan for specific ideas.
- skim read for general ideas.
II. RECENT WORK:
- Students have finished unit 12: The Asian Games.
III. APPROACH and TEACHING AIDS:
- Communicative approach, Grammar - Translation Method.
- Teaching aids: Blackboard (BB), chalk, text book (New English 11), pictures.
IV. TEACHING STEPS:
A. Classroom procedure: (5 minutes)

Give Ss a cross word with the key

has 7 clues:

hitting a shuttlecock across a high
net.
4. It’s called “king sport”.


5. You will have to use rod and food
such as worms for this activity.
