• Waiter/Waitress will take the food from the

• Serving the correct dishes to the correct guest
• Furthermore the correct method of serving
must be applied

• The guest will be asked for the permission to
clear his/ her plates.
• Keep the table clean, clearing unnecessary
plates or glasses
