Legal English 1 studies English law:
1.The legal system: The structure of law; Sources of law:
legislation; The court system; European Union law.
2.Legal professionals: Solicitors, Barrister, Judges.
3.Law in practice: Formation of a company.
4.Legal professionals in practice: Legalese.
International economic relations studies the economic relations
among countries, reflected in the international exchange of
goods, services, capital, science and technology, the labor, the
transition between the national currency, the institutions, the
policy that adjust the process above.
We will study the formation and operation of international
organizations, such as WTO, ASEAN, EU, IMF, WB, etc.
Vietnam Constitutional Law generally studies about the
constitution of Vietnam, the basic mechanism of Vietnam
constitutional law such as: political systems, economic systems,
culture, education, science, technology, citizenship Vietnam, basic
rights and obligations of citizens Vietnam.
Theory of state and law studies about:
1. The formation and development of state and law
2. The basic concept and legal phenomena such as: regulation,
legal relation, breach of law, legal awareness…
3. The relationship between the state and law.
Marxist - Leninist Philosophy studies the rule of the development
of nature , society and thought
Marxist - Leninist Political Economy studies the economic rules of

society, especially the economic rules of the birth, development
and decline of the Capitalist mode of production and the birth,
development of the Communism mode of production.
Socialism is the use of Marxist - Leninist philosophy and political
economy on the study of the rules of socialist revolution transition from Capitalism to Socialism and toward Communism.
General Sociology provides for students basic knowledge of
sociology, such as:
history and development of sociology, objects of sociology, the
concepts, and categories of sociology, research methods of
sociology.

Quan hệ kinh tế quốc tế là môn học nghiên cứu quan hệ kinh tế giữa các
quốc gia, thể hiện ở sự trao đổi quốc tế về hàng hoá, dịch vụ, về vốn, về
khoa học-công nghệ, về sức lao động, sự chuyển đổi tiền tệ giữa các quốc
gia, về các thiết chế, chính sách điều chỉnh các quá trình trao đổi quốc tế
nói trên.

Overview of International Business provides knowledge and
overview of international business, help the learner understand
the interdependence between countries and enterprises in the
global today, through the study of : the activities and strategies of
multinational enterprises; interactive relationships between
business and government in the international business activities,

the impact of the major international organizations (such as WTO,
IMF, WB...) on international business activities of enterprises, the
impact of economic factors, political, security, communication
between cultures... on international business activities.

Basic Lawyering

International Political Relations studies about the subject in
international political relations (including: countries – main
subjects, international organizations, non-governmental
organizations, multinational companies, civilized community and
individuals); international relations theory (Realism, Idealism,
Behaviorism); international political relations during and after the
Cold War and the main trend of international political relations.
Basic Lawyering helps students develop basic lawyering skills as
well as intellectual and communication skills in general, which are
useful with different jobs that students can get in future, such as
writing communication skill; team work skill; legal problemsolving skill; oral communication skill; non-verbal communication
skill.

Môn học “Tổng quan về kinh doanh quốc tế” cung cấp kiến thức tổng
quan và khá rộng về kinh doanh quốc tế, giúp người học hiểu được sự

phụ thuộc lẫn nhau giữa các quốc gia và các doanh nghiệp trong môi
trường toàn cầu hiện nay, thông qua nghiên cứu về: các hoạt động và
chiến lược của doanh nghiệp đa quốc gia; mối quan hệ tương tác giữa
doanh nghiệp và Chính phủ trong các hoạt động kinh doanh quốc tế; sự
tác động của các thiết chế quốc tế quan trọng (như Tổ chức thương mại
thế giới, Qũy tiền tệ quốc tế, Ngân hàng thế giới…) đối với hoạt động kinh
doanh quốc tế của doanh nghiệp; sự tác động của các yếu tố kinh tế,
chính trị, an ninh, giao tiếp giữa các nền văn hoá… đối với hoạt động kinh
doanh quốc tế.
