ABOUT 5S
1.Seiri (Sifting): Arrange,classify necessary and
unnecessary things,and dismiss unnecessary things.
2.Seiton (Sorting): Sorting all things that had been
already sifted,put things in the right place and stick their
names. Wherever everyone can also take and use it
without spending time for finding.
3.Seisou (Shining): Make clean (garbarge and dust)
around and at the working place.
4.Seiketsu (Standardizing): Keep and maintain clean
state around and at our working place. Everyone is also
satisfied when seeing.
5.Shitsuke (Sustaining): Obey regulations of the
factory.In
addition,you
must
obey4S
(sifting,sorting,shining,standardizing).

1.Seiri (Sifting): Sắp xếp, phân loại những thứ cần thiết
và không cần thiết, và loại bỏ những thứ không cần
thiết.
2.Seiton (Sắp xếp): Sắp xếp tất cả mọi thứ đã được đã
được sàng lọc, đặt mọi thứ vào đúng chỗ và dính bảng
tên của chúng. Bất cứ nơi nào mọi người cũng có thể
lấy và sử dụng nó mà không cần mất thời gian cho việc
tìm kiếm.

4. The summary of Wire Harness Production Process:

1. Checking and confirming process is suitable or not.
2. Wire cutting instruction must be based on cutting
length and terminal crimping instruction card.
3. Crimping terminal into electric wire process is
instruction on the wire cutting card.
4. Joining wire process is instructed on the joiting wire
diagram at the instructed position (one side and
intermediate joint).

5. Inserting terminal into housing process following
the instruction.
6. Constructing wire and fixing components on the
assy board as instruction.
7. Inserting connector into harness and checking
circuit current.
8. Outside shape checking and confirming process of
wire harness.
9. Packaging completely products as instruction at
this process.

4. Tóm tắt quy trình sản xuất của Wire Harness Production
Process:

1. Quy trình kiểm tra và xác nhận thì có phù hợp hay không
2. Hướng dẫn cắt dây phải được dựa trên việc cắt chiều dài
và thẻ hướng dẫn dập terminal.
3. Quy trình dập terminal vào dây điện thì hướng dẫn trên tấm
cắt dây.
4. Quá trình làm dây thì được hướng dẫn trên biểu đồ dây tại
vị trí hướng dẫn (một bên và giữa mối nối).
5. Quá trình lắp terminal vào housing theo sự hướng dẫn.
6. Làm dây và sửa linh kiện trên bảng lắp ráp theo hướng dẫn.
7Lắp kết nối vào cụm dây và kiểm tra dòng mạch điện.
8. Kiểm tra hình dạng bên ngoài và xác nhận qui trình của
w/h.
9. Đóng gói hoàn thành sản phẩm theo hướng dẫn này.

mỏng lớp cách điện

AVSS

Điện áp thấp và vật cách điện dây AV rất

Một trong những loại có lớp cách điện mỏng

There are many kinds of wires but we learn 4 basic kinds of
wires only.
Ring mark (or point mark) is used to identify kinds and sizes
of wires.

Color of ring mark (or point mark) identifies kinds and
number of ring mark (or point mark) identifies sizes of
wires. Besides,sizes print into wires,too.
