Established Hyundai Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd.

Korea Industrial Development Co., Ltd.

Set up the technical cooperation with ALCAN in
Canada and started the production of anodizing.

Merged into Doosan Industrial Development Co., Ltd.

Set up the technical cooperation with AWA in U.S.A and
completed the installation of automatic painting line.

Established Hyundai Aluminum Co., Ltd.
as a subsidiary of Dongyang Gangchul Co., Ltd.

Established Hyundai Aluminum VINA in Vietnam

Less Construction Budget
HYUNDAI FORM has advanced dismantling system. The formworks can be removed in 4~5
working cycle days per floor. It will definitely save our client’s labor cost and construction
period. HYUNDAI FORM can be reused more than 200 times.
Therefore, the client saves more money every time when the formworks are reused.

Premium Quality
HYUNDAI FORM is made through extrusion process. The surface of concrete wall or slab
will be flat and smooth. It does not require any heavy plaster work. As a result, it even
saves cost on plaster.

Short Construction Period
The installation and dismantlement of HYUNDAI FORM are easy. Our clients don’t have
to have specialized skills compared to other formwork system. Working cycle is only 4~5
days per floor.

1. Gather up metal scraps and melt them in the furnace
2. The melted metal scraps become billets after the processing
4. The billets will be shaped differently by various types of moulds
5. When a billet goes through a designated mould, a product will be extruded
6. The extruded products will be cut into the right sizes
7. Some products will be punched to make fastening holes
8. Some products require additional welding works
9. Finalized products will be coated with release agent

■ Accessories
Pins and ties are used to hold the formwork firmly while pouring the concrete, and they are the most
essential components for our strategic and advanced formwork system


11. Stub Pin / Wedge Pin / Long Pin

Stub pin and wedge pin are used to interlock wall panels and slab panels together.
Beam pin and wedge pin are used to interlock deck prop (DP) with end beam (EB) and middle beam (MB)

12. Reusable Flat Tie / PVC Sleeve / Integral Type / Aluminum Bracket
Weight 0.125kg / 0.76kg / 0.32kg / 0.5kg

Flat tie is used to interlock the wall panel with the opposite side wall panel.
A PVC sleeve is combined with a flat tie to protect the flat tie from decaying caused by the casted concrete.
Various sizes are available.
