The bar chart below shows the different types of accommodation chosen by the 
British when they went on holiday in 2010.  Summarise the information by 
selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant

This graph illustrates the holiday accommodation chosen by people in the United
Kingdom during the year of 2010.
It is clear that hotel and self-catering were by far the most preferred kinds of
accommodation over four countries with only one exception from Wales. In other
side, caravan and camping saw the smallest percentage in demands except of a
little difference from Northern Ireland.
Hotel was the most popular form with over 50% chosen by English and Scottish
and the percentage of people from Wales and Northern Ireland chose this type
were 49% and 43% respectively. While self- catering indicated the second
attractive type with 27 % in England, 30% in Scotland and 28% in Wales, Caravan
reached the second popular form in Northern Ireland with 31%.
Caravan and Camping almost were the smallest in favor of choosing
accommodation accordingly with 5% and 12% in England, 12% and 5% in
Scotland, 9% and 14% in Wales. On the other hand, there was a difference in


Northern Ireland in which self-catering and camping saw the smallest figures
with 12% for each.
