项目简介

PROJECT PROFILE

B1、B2、B3塔及裙房均有两层地下室连通,底板垫层底标高-6.00m,小
承台垫层底高度为-6.45m,电梯井(集水井)-8.95m,现场平标高为0.1m,开挖深度为5.9m~6.35m。总建筑面积23.4万m2,其中地下室约2.5
万m2。结构为框架-核心筒结构。地下室底板结构标高-5.35,地下二层顶
板结构标高-2.35,GF板结构顶标高+1.15m,标准层高3.25m。
B1塔为50层,高169.55米;B2塔为45层,152.9米,B3塔为50层,高
170米;各塔通过裙房连为一体。

actual situation we use 2 method:
1,install on 7f directly;
2,assemble on gf and use tower crane to
install on 7/8f

The position of 8F does not need to be embedded in advance. From 9F, the screw hole
of the attached wall fixed guide seat is reserved. From 10F, the screw hole of the
upper hanging wall is reserved.Consider piercing the aluminum mold.
The concrete strength of the wall
structure attached to the hanging wall
must reach or exceed 10MPa before
lifting. The strength of the second
layer from top to bottom reaches
15MPa, and the strength of the third
layer reaches 20MPa
According to the actual situation of
the site, the leveling frame can be
installed at 7F first, and the rest part
can be assembled on the ground and
then use tower crane to install.
