What is a Management System?
Management System is the way we operate our business to comply with
the guidelines and standards for HSEQ;
The main principle behind a management system is one of establishing
our objectives, implementing processes to realise the objectives,
monitoring & self checking and continual improvement
This is commonly referred to as the PDCA cycle – PLAN, DO, CHECK, ACT
and is the basis for the ISO Model for continual improvement
