- By the end of this unit, pupils can review letters and sounds for Oo, Pp and Qq.
- Pupils can review the numbers 1-2.
- Pupils can develop find motor control.

<b>*Warm up: Review the numbers.</b>
<b>A. Presentation</b>
<i><b>1. Review</b></i>
<b>Step 1: Teacher says a lot of vocabularies.</b>
<b>Step 2: Pupils repeat after teacher.</b>
<b>Step 3: Pupils do actions and say aloud.</b>
<b>B. Practice</b>
<i><b>2. Say and write</b></i>
<b>Step 1: Tell pupils to look at page 52.</b>
<b>Step 2: Say pupils to write P under the picture of Pat in the book.</b>
<b>C. Production</b>
<i><b>3. Count and write.</b></i>
<b>Step 1: Tell pupils to look at the second activity on page 52</b>
<b>Step 2: Model the activity.</b>
<b>Step 3: Pupils complete the activity. Check their answers.</b>

<b>UNIT 8: MY BODY</b>
<b>Lesson 1</b>
<b>I. Objectives</b>
- By the end of this unit, pupils can identify parts of the body.
- Pupils can develop find motor control.
<b>II. Procedures</b>
<b>*Warm up: Sing a song.</b>
<b>A. Presentation</b>
<i><b>1. Teaching vocabulary</b></i>
<b>Step 1: Teacher teaches vocabulary: arms, ears, eyes, feet, fingers, head, legs.</b>
<b>Step 3: Pupils copy down into their notebooks and repeat after the teacher. </b>
<b>Step 4: Ask a few pupils to read aloud.</b>
<b>B. Practice</b>
<i><b>2. Listen and say</b></i>
<b>Step 1: Tell pupils that they are going to learn the words for some parts of the body.</b>
<b>Step 2: Play CD. Pause after each word so pupils can point to the part of the body in </b>
their books.
<b>Step 3: Play CD again. Pupils repeat the words chorally and individually.</b>
<b>C. Production</b>
<i><b>3. Listen and find</b></i>
<b>Step 1: Say the words at random, e.g. arms, ears, eyes, feet ….</b>
<b>Step 2: Check pupils are pointing to the correct thing in their books.</b>
<b>Step 3: Play CD and pause after each word. Pupils listen and point to the part of the </b>
body in their books.
- Learn vocabularies by heart.
