II/ Adjective:

* Theo sau tính từ là động từ nguyên mẫu có to

It + be + Adj + to-infinitive
EX: It is difficult to understand what you say.

It + be + Adj + for + O + to-infinitive.
EX: It is hard for you to pass the exam.

S + be + Adj + to-infinitive.
EX: I’m sure to know him.

* Theo sau tính từ là 1 câu (thường dùng cho 2 chủ từ khác nhau): Adj + that clause
EX: She is very happy that I helped everyone.

Quá khứ phân từ (V-ed/V3) dùng làm rõ nghĩa của danh từ trước nó. Danh từ đó là vật/người bị tác
động bởi động từ EX: The old lamp made in China is five dollars.

-Diễn tả hành động đang diễn ra tại 1 thời điểm xác định trong quá khứ

Với “When & While”

- Diễn tả 1 hành động đang diễn ra, thì có 1 hành động khác chen ngang .

Thì Hiện tại tiếp diễn với “always” diễn đạt câu phàn nàn

UNIT 13 :

I/ A compound words. (Từ kép) N + V-ing => Adjective (rice – cooking)
- Noun - V-ing Ex: fire – making, rice – cooking, …

It is a contest in which participants have to cook rice (Use “compound word”)

II/ Reported speech (câu t ường thuật )

a/ Direct speech (lời nói trực tiếp): là lời nói được thuật lại đúng nguyên văn của người nói. 
b/ Reported (indirect) speech (lời nói tường thuật/ gián tiếp): lời nói được thuật lại với ý và từ của 
người thuật, nhưng vẫn giữ nguyên ý.

Ex: He said, “I like music”. → He said (that) he liked music.

1/ Câu phát biểu:

a/ Đổi ngôi:

Ngôi 1 (I/we/ me, us/ my/ our) đổi cùng ngôi

với S (người nói )

( Nếu là S→ He/ She/ They, là O →him, her, them , sở hữu his/her/their)
Ngôi 2( you, your) đổi cùng ngôi với O (người nghe)

Ngôi 3→ giữ nguyên

Đổi thì động từ:

Many countries around the world have no caves. This is not because there are no hills or mountains in
