Have them look at the three pictures and answer
some questions such as Who are they? Where are
they? And What are they saying? (Mai is Linda’s
birthday party and she congratulates Linda on her
birthday.


Play the recording for Ss to listen and repeat the
chant, paying special attention to the pronunciation
of the focused sounds.


Divide the class into five groups. Ask each G to say
one line of. Clap hands to get the rhythms.


If time allows, ask a few pairs to role-play the
conversation.
