ABSTRACT:
Practical experience shows that if an enterprise wants lo grow, affirm its market position
and promote its brand in both domestic and international markets, it should pay special
attention to the human resource development. Within the scope of this article, the author
focuses on generalizing the human resource developmenl of Vietnamese large corporations in
order to draw lessons for Thai Son Corporation under the Ministry of Defence. These lessons
are expected to be useful experience for Thai Son Corporation lo carry out its own human
resource development well, amung to become a well-known corporation witii high intellectual
capital, high-lech content and global brands.
