chiến tranh nhân dân chống chiến tranh phá hoại ở Quảng Bình những năm 1965-1973.

<i>Hai là, luận án làm rõ những cơ sở hình thành, những diễn biến chính của cuộc chiến </i>
tranh nhân dân chống chiến tranh phá hoại của quân và dân Quảng Bình trong những năm
1965-1973, thông qua sự sáng tạo của quân dân Quảng Bình trong việc vận dụng đường lối
chiến tranh nhân dân của Đảng vào thực tế của địa phương; từ đó rút ra những đặc điểm, ý
nghĩa lịch sử và bài học kinh nghiệm đóng góp vào kho tàng tri thức và kinh nghiệm lịch
sử trong chiến tranh vệ quốc và chiến tranh giải phóng của dân tộc.

<b>II. THE NEW CONTRIBUTIONS OF THE THESIS </b>

<i>First, the thesis is the first research work in Vietnam to systematically and </i>

comprehensively investigate of People's war against the subversive war in Quang

Binh in the period 1965-1973.

<i>Second, the thesis clarifying the historical context leading to the foundation </i>

and major developments of the People's War against the sabotage warfare of Quang

Binh's army and people in the years 1965-1973, through the creation of the army

and people of Quang Binh in applying the way of the people's war party in the local

reality; from which to draw the characteristics, the historical significance and

lessons learned to contribute to the wealth of knowledge and experience history in

the War to defend the country and the liberation war of the people.

<i>Third, the thesis provide resources for research, teaching and learning local </i>

history Quang Binh province, the traditional education of patriotism, arouse the pride

and responsibility of the younger generation in building building and protecting the

country today, as well as contributing to the wealth of knowledge the history of

revolutionary struggle of the people and provide the scientific foundation for

strategic planning and buildup national defense serve the cause of building and

protecting the country today.
