Summary


<i>By using the quantitative method, this study explores the impact of the factors of leadership style </i>
<i>on employee satisfaction in Ho Chi Minh City-based enterprises. Research results show that </i>
<i>there are 5 factors affecting employee satisfaction, including: Integrity; Support; Credibility; </i>
<i>Empowerment; Courage. At the same time, the study also suggests some implications for </i>
<i>managers in order to improve employee satisfaction and increase productivity. </i>
