B. Procedures: Teacher’s activities Time Students’ activities I. Organization: - T checks the number of students and asks Ss to make some class arrangement. II. Checking the old lesson: - T calls on 2 sts to interview each other about 25th Sea Games. - T gives comments and marks III. New lesson: 1. Warm- up: - T asks sts to make a list of some sports they have known. . - T checks the sts’ result and leads to the new lesson. 2. Before you listen: * Work in pairs: - T asks Sts to discuss the questions on page 141 in pairs. - T calls on some Ss to give their answers and comments on them. - T asks sts to guess what they are going to listen about. * Lisen and repeat - T reads words for the first time. - T reads all the words twice again.. 1 min. - The monitor reports the number of students in his/her class to the teacher.. 4 mins - make a small conversation.
