- exháusted (adj.) : kiệt sức

<b>II/ Grammar: “ The past simple” ( Thì Quá Khứ Đơn) </b>
<b> Có 2 loại động từ: </b>

<b>a/ Động từ tobe: </b><i><b>“ was / were ”</b></i>

S = I/ He/ She/ It (số ít) + was

<b> S= We/ You/ They (số nhiều) + were </b>

<b>b/ Động từ thường:</b>

 <i><b>Một số động từ bất qui tắc không thêm “ed”.</b></i>

<b> + Khẳng định :</b> S + was / were ….

<b>- Phủ định : </b>S + was / were + not….
<b> ? Câu hỏi : </b>Was / were + S ….?

<b> + Khẳng định :</b> S + <b>V2 (động từ bắt quy tắc)</b>

Có một số động từ khi sử dụng ở thì quá khứ không theo qui tắc thêm “ed”. Những
động từ này ta cần học thuộc.

<b>Ví dụ:</b> go => went
get => got
see => saw
buy => bought.

 <b>Nhận biết :</b> yesterday (hôm qua), last night/ last week/ last month/ last
year: tối qua/ tuần trước/ tháng trước/ năm ngoái , ago: Cách đây. (two hours
<b>ago: cách đây 2 giờ/ two weeks ago: cách đây 2 ngày …), in + năm ở quá </b>

<b>khứ ( in 1990) </b>

 <b>Usage: </b>We use the<b> Past simple </b>to talk about a finished action in the past. We
often say <b>when it happened. </b>
