Quality and environmental Policy

Quality and environmental policy represent the framework of TIGER Coatings,

Enterprise policy

To guarantee our attractiveness at the market and to offer our customers the
maximal use, the factors quality, time and costs, have priority in the whole enterprise.

In the sense of our collective and social responsibility security, health and
environmental protection as well as right conformity represent substantial
constituents of our managerial policy and are merged in the functions and
responsibility of our management.
We, as an innovative enterprise, practice in accordance with the best techniques,
highly taking into consideration the economic aspects.
For the conversion of the enterprise example we formulate our quality and
environmental policy after the following principles.

The continuous improvement as part of our business philosophy! The quality
understanding of TIGER Coatings covers the environmental protection thought as
equivalent quality component.

In order to reach a constant and systematic increase of our enterprise quality we
pursue an effective and economic management system. We do not only question the
requirement for environmentally conscious concerning ourselves, but we obligate our
suppliers and contracting parties in the context of possibilities to the adherence of our
environmental standards. By a systematic set of rules and regular examinations we
guarantee the adherence of the relevant legal- as well as official regulations.



We sensitize and strengthen our coworkers to direct responsibility and self
initiative!
By own attention, conscious involvement and careful concerning each co-worker
helps to avoid errors as well as to detect and eliminate the causes of errors as early
as possible. To see to it that our coworkers will be able to meet the demands in this
request, we provide a continuous- and further training as well as an adequate
information- and communication organization.

Apart from the promotion of the quality and environmental awareness of our co-
worker, the optimization of the work surrounding field is a substantial function of our
leadership level.

Co-ordinated procedures as base of the conversion!

All procedures are aligned under the aspects quality, environmental compatibility and
security to the production and supply of our products.
In TIGER Coatings all coworkers do agree with written procedures which are required
and monitored by the management system.

We feel committed to economical handling natural resources!

We evaluate and monitor the impact of our activities on the environment and check in
advance the possible influences of new products and procedures on the
environment. Already by and during the selection, development and optimization of
our manufacturing methods and materials, we want to contribute to the reduction of
environmental impacts such as energy consumption, waste arising, emissions in air,
water and soil.

We use and promote the dialog with the public!

We inform and communicate openly and constructively with customers, coworkers

and all interested ones over the status of our operational environmental protection.
Beyond that we emphasize a close co-operation with the authorities and to bring in
our know-how actively.


Competencies

The responsibility for conversion and validity as well as information of the QE politics
the management is incumbent in co-operation with the assigned ones.


Continuous Improvement

By the annual specification of QE targets the TIGER Coatings
concretizes its obligation for the constant improvement of the enterprise
performance and starts up thus a dynamic development process.

Constant improvement
Appropriate targets of the management for all quality and environmental
relevant areas and enterprise levels are to be determined in co-operation with
the assigned ones
For the conversion of the individual targets measures are to be compiled as
projects, which are assigned in agreement with the QE politics and to those
responsibilities and periods. QE- targets and -program form consequently a
unit.

Evaluation
The management executes a progress control of the measures with the help of
annually executed management reviews for goal achievement.
The results and the consequences or corrective measures derived from it are
conveyed to the departments concerned and their conversion is carried forward.

Competencies
Competencies of Q/E targets and program are determined in co-operation with the
assigned ones by the management, just as the dispatching of necessary resources.
The responsibility for the conversion of the individual measures and projects is fixed
In the program itself.
