1. Summary of research results
Through experimental research, the following results were obtained:
+ Selection of materials:
Selection the stem and roots of Crinum asiaticum L. as a research material in the
dissertation because the volume and content of ethanol extraction.
+ Determine the amount of ethanol extract obtained from Crinum asiaticum L. army: root
part 36.12%; leaf part 28.36%; stem part 24.88% and the flower part 14.65%.
+ Prepare fraction separated from ethanol extract:
Hexane extract: 5.92% with stem and 3.88% with root.
Dichloromethane extract: 1.45% with the body and 1.32% with root.
Ethyl acetate extract: 1.74% with stem and 1.54% with root.
Water extract: 86.11% with stem and 87.70% with root.
+ Qualitative analysis of the fraction separated from ethanol extract the stem and root of
Crinum asiaticum L.
+ High hexane fractionation and mass spectrometry (GC-MS) identified 25 components of
the stem and 26 components of the root.
+ Used thin-plate chromatography, chromatography columns to isolate the segment hexane
extract from the ethanol extract of Crinum asiaticum L. The results obtained 03 segments with a
number of substances enriched very large compared to the original, and also discovered some new
substances, including some high-quality substances. As follows:

9.02% (in hexane fraction), enriched into 51.93% (in TNH.2.1a); Palmitic acid is 44.90% (in
hexane fraction) has been enriched to 66.06% (in TNH.2.6a segment).

of more than 5% were: Pinostrobin chalcone (39.47%); 1,1,3-Triphenylpropane (26.64%);
Promethazine (8.67%); 16-Hentriacontanone (7.78%); Clionasterol (6.53%); Delta - Tocopherol
(5.18%).
