This review is for conformance with the general design concept and for general arrangement expressed in the documents. Review shall not be construed to mean that the reviewer accepts the
detail calculations and dimensions shown in the shop drawings or any deviation from the requirements of the contract documents. Contractor is responsible for errors or omissions in the shop
drawings; for meeting all requirements of the contract documents; for confirming and correlating job site dimensions; for information that pertains solely to fabrication process or to techniques of
construction, and for the coordination of the work of all trades. It is understood that the notation on the submittal is not to be construed as an authorization for additional work or additional cost.

- To be read in conjunction with approved MA for paint.
- Contractor to follow supplier's recommendation for paint
system. They may require 4-5 coats (2skim +1 sealer + 2
coats).
- Final approval subject to mock-up's aprroval.
-This MOS only apply for external and internal wall
painting. It shall not be appy for other surface, example
Metal, plasterboard, etc...
- 1st mixing to be 5-10mins or according to supplier's
recommendation.
- All materials need to be stored ane kept in good
condition according to supplier's recommendation.
- Surface humitidy to follow supplier's recommendation.

I、Chuẩn bị thi công/Construction preparation:
1、Điều kiện thi công/Operation condition:
- Công việc trát đã được nghiệm thu và bàn giao cho công tác sơn nước.
- The plastering work was inspection and handed over for painting work.

- Thợ sơn phải chun nghiệp và có đầy đủ dụng cụ cho cơng việc.

- The worker must be skill and have a proper and essential tiling work tool.
- Tất cả vật tư liên quan đến công tác sơn nước đều phải được các thành phần liên quan
phê duyệt và tập kết đầy đủ về công trường.
- All materials related to the paintting work must be approved by the concerned parties
and fully assembled on the site.
2、Yêu cầu về vật liệu/Material requirements:
- Vật liệu cho công tác bả bột sử dụng bột bả đã được trộn khơ và đóng bao sẵn cung cấp
bởi nhà sản xuất, trộn với nước sạch theo tỉ lệ được cung cấp bởi nhà sản xuất để tạo hỗn hợp
mềm dẻo.
- Materials for putty work use pre-packed dry powder provided by the manufacturer’s,
mix with water clean follow manufacturer’s instruction shall be added to provide a pliable
mix.
- Vật liệu cho công tác sơn nước sử dụng sơn đã được pha và đóng thùng sẵn cung cấp
bởi nhà sản xuất, trộn với nước sạch theo tỉ lệ được cung cấp bởi nhà sản xuất để tạo dung
dịch sơn thích hợp.
- Materials for painting work use pre-packed panit provided by the manufacturer’s, mix
with water clean follow manufacturer’s instruction shall be added to provide a suitable paint
solution.
- Vật liệu bột bả và sơn nước được phân chia sử dụng rõ ràng cho tường trong nhà và
ngoài nhà, và phải sử dụng vật liệu đúng với vị trí mà nó ứng dụng.
- Putty powder and painting are clearly used for internal and external, and must be used
in the materialt location where it is used.

3、Công cụ/Tools:
- Bàn chà thép: dùng để đựng vữa skimcoat và trát lên tường.
- Trowel steel: used to put skimcoat mortar and plaster on the wall.
- Tấm nhựa: dùng để trát vữa lên tường.

- Plastic plates: used to plaster on the wall.

- Giấy nhám hoặc máy chà nhám:
Công dụng của giấy nhám/máy chà nhám là để làm mịn những bề mặt không bằng phẳng. Khi
sơn tường, bề mặt tường cần có độ nhẵn mịn nhất định, nếu khơng thì lớp sơn sẽ bị gồ ghề,
lõm hay trũng gây mất thẫm mỹ bức tường. Chính vì thế, trước khi thực hiện cơng đoạn sơn
tường, dùng giấy nhám để làm nhẵn bóng những bề mặt gồ ghề trên tường. Đối với những
khu vực có diện tích lớn thì cũng có thể lựa chọn cách dùng máy chà nhám tường để tiết kiệm
thời gian và hiệu quả cao.
- Abrasive paper or sanding machine:
The use of sandpaper / sanding machine is to smooth the uneven surfaces. When painting
walls, the surface of the wall should be smooth smooth, if not, the paint will be rough, hollow
or sunken wall loss of aesthetics. Therefore, before painting, use sandpaper to smooth the
rough surface on the wall. For large areas, it is also possible to use a sanding machine to
save time and efficiency.

- Băng dính:
Băng dính dùng để dán kín lên công tắc đèn, ổ cắm hoặc những khu vực mà sơn có thể dây
bẩn vào. Khi sơn tường, dùng một đoạn băng dính dán bên rìa ngồi đường sơn để giữ cho
đường sơn được thẳng và mịn. Khi sơn khô hồn tồn, hãy gỡ băng dính ra.
- Adhesive tape:
Adhesive tape is used to seal the light switch, socket, or areas where the paint may stain.
When painting the walls, use a sticky patch of paint on the edge of the paint line to keep the
paint line straight and smooth. When the paint is completely dry, remove the adhesive tape.
- Dụng cụ che chắn:
Để bảo vệ sàn và nội thất trong khu vực sơn, sử dụng tấm nhựa to để trải lên sàn và phủ lên

các vật dụng để tránh sơn dính vào.
- Shielding tools:
To protect floors and furniture in the paint area, use large plastic sheets to spread on the floor
and cover the items to avoid sticking paint.
- Dụng cụ cạo sơn:
Dùng để loại bỏ những mảng sơn cũ đã bị bong tróc khỏi bề mặt, hoặc cũng có thể sử dụng để
lấp những vết nứt hoặc lỗ hổng trên tường.
- Paint tools:
Used to remove old paint peeling off the surface, or can also be used to cover cracks or holes
in the wall.
- Khăn sạch:
Sơn sẽ khơng dính tốt trên bề mặt xù xì, nhiều bụi bẩn và ngay cả khi dính cũng để lại bức
tường gồ ghề, khơng đẹp mắt. Dùng chổi lông gà và khăn ẩm để lau sạch tường trước khi sơn
nhằm có nước sơn đẹp và tăng độ bám dính của sơn. Ngồi ra, khăn sạch cịn giúp dễ dàng lau
sạch tường và lau những vệt sơn tràn ra.
- Clean towels:
The paint will not stick well on rough surfaces, dirt and even adhesion will leave the wall

rough, not beautiful. Use a chicken feather brush and a damp cloth to wipe the wall before
painting for a nice paint finish and increased adhesion. In addition, clean towels also help to
easily clean the walls and wipe the paint spills.
- Cọ qt sơn và con lăn sơn:
Có nhiều loại kích thước cho cọ và con lăn sơn để dùng với các bề mặt và mục đích khác
nhau.
Đối với những bề mặt có diện tích nhỏ, hẹp và nhiều góc cạnh thì cọ sơn là dụng cụ tốt nhất
để xử ĺ cơng việc.
Con lăn sơn tuy có lợi thế giúp hồn thành công việc nhanh hơn, nhưng không thể tạo nên
những đường sơn sắc sảo như khi dùng cọ sơn, vì cạnh của ống lăn rất mềm.

- Paint brush and roller:
There are various sizes for brushes and paint rollers for use with different surfaces and
brush
purposes.
For surfaces that are small, narrow, and angular, paint is the best tool for handling work.
The paint roller has the advantage of helping to get things done faster, but can not create
sharp lines as if using paint brushes, as the edges of the rollers are very soft.
- Khay đựng con lăn sơn:
Dùng để đựng sơn và làm ráo con lăn sơn. Khay đựng sơn phải ráo, không bị vỡ, nứt; con lăn
sơn phải sáo, không sứt vải. Trước khi đổ sơn vào khay, nên bọc một túi nilon vào khay đựng
sơn để tiết kiêm thời gian vệ sinh sau đó.
- Paint roller tray:
Use for paint and dry paint roller. Tray must be dry, not broken, cracked; The roller must be
flute, not the fabric. Prior to pouring the paint, a plastic bag should be applied to the paint
tray for subsequent cleaning.
- Thùng:
Để đựng sơn và ngâm cọ quét sơn, con lăn sơn, các dụng cụ khác.
- Bin:
To use for paint and soak paint brushes, paint rollers, other tools.
- Máy trộn:
Để trộn đều hỗn hợp nước và bột bả.
- Mixer machine:
To mix well the mixture of water and putty powder.
- Cây sào dài:
Dùng để đặt con lăn vào đầu cây sào để sơn những khu vực cao.
- Long pole:
Used to place the roller at the top of the pole to paint the high areas.

- Thang chữ A, giàn giáo:
Dùng để sơn trong nhà, hoặc dùng sơn nhà ngoài trời những khu vực cao.
- A ladder, scaffolding:
Use for indoor painting, or for outdoor painting in high areas.
- Đồ bảo hộ:
Quần áo dài, nón, mặt nạ và găng tay được sử dụng để bảo vệ khơng bị dính sơn.
- Safety helmet:
Long clothes, hats, masks and gloves are used to protect from paint.

II、Quy trình thi cơng/Workmanship procedure:
Chuẩn bị bề mặt → kiểm tra độ ẩm → bả matic → tiến hành sơn → nghiệm thu → bảo vệ.
Prepairation surface → check humidity → putty → painting → inspection → protection.
III、Quá trình thực hiện/Operation sequence:
1、Chuẩn bị bề mặt/Prepairation surface :
- Vệ sinh bề mặt sạch sẽ, khơng có rong rêu, nấm mốc, dầu mỡ, nấm mốc, gỗ, đinh,...
- Clean surface, no moss, oil, wood, nails,...

- Với bề mặt tường mới trát, phải đảm bảo đủ thời gian bảo dưỡng và khơ hồn tồn (tối
thiểu 28 ngày trở đi mới có thể tiến hành thi công sơn bả).
- With freshly plastered wall/concrete surface, must ensure enough time for curing and
dry time (minimum 28 days onwards can carry out painting).
- Nếu tường quá khô, dùng rulô nhúng nước làm ẩm tường trước khi trét bột, (Lưu ́: Chỉ
cần lăn một nước mỏng, không nên lăn quá nhiều nước).
- If the wall is too dry, moisten the walls surface with a wet roller before putty work,
(Note: Just roll a thin water, do not roll too much water).
2、Kiểm tra độ ẩm bề mặt/check humidity surface:
- Độ ẩm của bề mặt trước khi sơn bả phải đạt được độ ẩm cho phép là <=16% (theo máy
đo độ ẩm ProtiMeter).
- The humidity of the surface before painting must should be <= 16% (according to the
ProtiMeter moisture meter).

3、Bả matic/Putty:
- Theo hướng dẫn kỹ thuật của nhà sản xuất thì pha trộn bột với nước theo tỉ lệ: 1nước : 3
bột trét theo khối lượng (tức là khoảng 14 ~16 lít nước sạch / một bao bột 40kg).
- Follow manufacturer’s specification mix putty powder with water ratio
1water:3powder (14~16litter of clean water/one bag of putty powder of 40 kg).
- Cho nước vào thùng trộn trước, sau đó đổ bột vào từ từ, khuấy đều để tránh vón cục,
dùng máy trộn đều trong 3~5 phút.
- Put the water in the mixing tank first, then mix and stir water and putty powder by
machine withing 3~5 minutes to prevent curdle.

- Sau khi pha trộn bột thành hỗn hợp nhão đồng nhất, chờ 7~10 phút cho hóa chất phát

huy tác dụng, tiếp đó mới tiến hành khuấy trộn lại một lần nữa và sau cùng mới tiến hành thi
công.
- After transforming the putty powder to a putty paste, wait for 7~10 minutes for the
chemical curing, then stirred again and finally proceed to work.
- Sau khi đã trộn, hỗn hợp bột có thể sử dụng trong vịng 2h. Q thời gian này hỗn hợp
bột sẽ bị khô và cứng lại không thi công được nữa.
- After mixing, the powder mix can be used within 2 hours. Over time, the powder mix
will dry out and harden again.
- Dùng bàn chà thép và tấm nhựa trét một lớp bột mastic dày không quá 2mm lên mặt
tường đã được làm phẳng.
- Use a trowel steel and plastic plates to apply a layer of putty paste not exceeding 2mm
thick on the plane wall surface.
- Đợi lớp trét thứ nhất khô ráo bề mặt (theo hướng dẫn kỹ thuật của nhà sản xuất từ 2~4
giờ), trét tiếp lớp bột mastic thứ hai dày không quá 2mm (lưu ́ phương trét của lớp 1 và lớp 2
phải vng góc với nhau).
- Wait for the drying of the first putty paste layer (follow manufacturer’s specification
about 2~4 hours), apply a second layer putty not exceeding 2mm thick ( Note that the platelets
of layers 1 and 2 must be perpendicular to each other).
- Sau đó đợi cho bề mặt lớp matic khơ hồn tồn (tối thiểu sau 12 giờ) dùng giấy nhám
hoặc máy chà nhám xả nhám cho bề mặt bằng phẳng.
- Then wait for layer putty drying (minimum after 12 hours), use sandpaper or sanding
machine, slightly polish the putty face.
- Dùng chổi hoặc súng phun hơi vệ sinh hết bụi bám trên bề mặt đã xả nhám và chờ
khoảng 1~2h cho bụi bay hết rồi có thể tiến hành công tác sơn.
- Use a brush or spray gun to remove dust from the surface and wait for about 1~2h for
the dust to fly out and then proceed to paint.

4、Công tác Sơn/Painting work:
- Công tác sơn bả trong nhà và sơn ngồi nhà có quy trình thi cơng giống nhau chỉ khác
nhau là vật liệu sử dụng trong nhà khác ngoài nhà.
- The internal and external paint work has the same procedure of construction as the
materials used internal different external.
- Theo hướng dẫn kỹ thuật của nhà sản xuất thì có thể pha trộn sơn với nước là tối đa
10% nước sạch.
- Follow manufacturer’s specification mix paint with water maximum 10% of clean
water.
- Thi công một lớp sơn lót bằng cọ hoặc rulơ. Chờ 2 giờ cho bề mặt sơn khơ hồn tồn
(trong điều kiện bình thường 30 độ C) trước khi tiến hành lăn lớp kế tiếp.
- Apply a primer coat of paint with a brush or a roller. Wait for 2 hours to let the paint
completely dry (in normal room temperature of 30 degree C) before the neat paint
application.
- Thi công một lớp sơn phủ bằng cọ hoặc rulô. Chờ 2 giờ cho bề mặt sơn khơ hồn tồn
(trong điều kiện bình thường 30 độ C) trước khi tiến hành lăn lớp kế tiếp.
- Apply a first finish paint layer with a brush or a roller. Wait for 2 hours to let the paint
dry (in normal room temperature of 30 degree C) before the neat paint application.

- Thi công lớp sơn phủ cuối cùng bằng cọ hoặc rulô.
- Apply a final finish paint layer with a brush or a roller.
- Thi công sơn bằng máy phun quy trình cũng như thi cơng bằng cọ hoặc rulơ chỉ khác
nhau về dụng cụ thi cơng, cịn về khu vực thi cơng thì tùy thuộc vào tình hình thực tế sẽ chọn
dụng cụ thi cơng cho thích hợp.
- Construction of the paint by the spray as well as the construction of brush or roller differ

only in construction tools, while on the construction site, depending on the actual situation
will select the appropriate construction tools.

6、Bảo vệ khi sơn xong/Protection for paint works completed:
- Tất cả các bề mặt của cơng việc sơn, sơn lót hoặc sơn hồn thiện, sẽ được bảo vệ trong
suốt thời gian thi công.
- All surfaces of the painted work, either priming or finishing paint, shall be protected
throughout the duration of the Contract.
- Hiển thị biểu tượng "sơn ướt" và cung cấp các rào chắn bảo vệ phù hợp bất cứ khi nào
và ở bất cứ đâu cần thiết.
- Display “wet paint” signs and provide adequate protective barriers whenever and
wherever necessary.
- Bất kỳ vật liệu nào được đánh dấu, nhuộm màu hoặc hư hỏng cơ học phải được chỉnh
sửa sạch sẽ và hoàn chỉnh dưới sự chấp thuận của Kiến trúc sư hoặc nếu không chỉnh sửa
khơng đúng với màu thực tế, sẽ hồn tồn được sơn lại.
- Any material which is marked, stained or mechanically damaged shall be cleaned off
and made good to the approval of the Architect or if in his opinion, cleaning and making good
is impractical, will be completely redecorated.

IV、An tồn/Safety:
- Tất cả cơng nhân làm việc trên cơng trường đều có đủ điều kiện sau:
+ Đủ tuổi lao động theo quy định của pháp luật.
+ Đủ điều kiện về sức khỏe để lao động.
+ Được trang bị đầy đủ bảo hộ lao động.

+ Đã được học về công tác ATLĐ.
- All workers on site are eligible for the following:
+ Having enough working age as prescribed by law.
+ Eligible for health to work.
+ Equipped with full workwear.
+ Have been trained on work safety.
- Đối với từng công việc: Trước khi tiến hành phải kiểm tra kỹ lưỡng về độ an tồn mới
tiến hành cơng việc. Đảm bảo khơng để xảy ra sai sót.
- For each job: Before conducting a thorough safety check to conduct work. Be sure not
to make mistakes.
- Khi đang sơn nếu có mưa to, giơng hoặc gió cấp 5 trở lên phải ngừng làm việc, đồng
thời mọi người phải di chuyển đến nơi trú ẩn an toàn.
- In case of heavy rain, thunderstorms or winds of 5 or more must stop working and
everyone must move to safe shelter.
