1. Dụng cụ & Trang thiết bị / Tools & Equipment:
* Dụng cụ và trang thiết bị cho công tác trát skimcoat tường gồm:
* Tools and equipment for plastering skimcoat include:
- Bàn chà thép: dùng để đựng vữa skimcoat và trát lên tường.
- Trowel steel: used to put skimcoat mortar and plaster on the wall.

- Tấm nhựa: dùng để trát vữa lên tường.
- Plastic plates: used to plaster on the wall.

- Thước nhôm thẳng vài dài tối thiểu 2m: dùng để kiểm tra độ phẳng của tường khi trát.
- Straight aluminum ruler at least 2m in length: Used to check the flatness of the wall
when plastered.

- Thước thủy: dùng để kiểm tra độ thẳng đứng.
- Ruler water: used to check the vertical.

- Mũi khuấy và máy khuấy: dùng để trộn đều vữa skimcoat ( có thể sử dụng máy trộn
để có dung tích lớn hơn).
- Stirrer and agitator: used to mix well mortar (can use mixer for larger capacity).

- Máy tia laser: dùng để chiếu tia laser để kiểm tra.
- Laser point checking equipment.
- Dây dọi: dùng để kiểm tra độ thẳng đứng của tường.

- Broom: used for wall cleaning before plastering.
2 . Vật tư / Material:

Vật liệu cho công tác trát skimcoat sử dụng bột skimcoat trộn sẵn được cung cấp

bởi nhà sản xuất. Vật liệu bột skimcoat được phân chia sử dụng rõ ràng cho trong nhà và
ngoài nhà theo nhà sản xuất và phải sử dụng vật liệu đúng với vị trí mà nó ứng dụng.

Materials for skimcoat plastering use pre-packed skimcoat powder provided by the

manufacturer. Skimcoat powder are clearly used for internal and external follow
manufacturer’s and must be used in the materialt location where it is used.

Bột skimcoat trộn với nước sạch theo tỉ lệ được cung cấp bởi nhà sản xuất để tạo

hỗn hợp vữa mềm dẻo và sử dụng trong vòng 2h sau khi trộn.

Skimcoat powder mix with water clean follow ratio from manufacturer’s

instruction and use within 2 hours after mixing.

Nước trộn bột skimcoat phải là nước sạch lấy từ đường ống chính.

Water mix skimcoat shall be clean water from the main piped supply.

3. Chuẩn bị / Preparation:
(1) Kết cấu khu vực triển khai trát tường đã được nghiệm thu và bàn giao cho công
tác trát tường .

The structure of the area for the plastering works has been acceptance and handed

over for the plastering works.
(2) Tất cả vật tư liên quan đến công tác trát skimcoat (như nước sạch, vữa skimcoat, chỉ
nhựa góc PVC, ...) đều phải được các thành phần liên quan phê duyệt và tập kết đầy đủ về
công trường.
(2) All materials related to the plastering skimcoat work (such as water clean, mortar
skimcoat, , PVC corner bead, ...) must be approved by the relevant components and complete
site collection.

(3) Tất cả các lỗ được trám kín (Theo FEV-CSCEC32-C & S-SD-RFA-098 - Lấp lỗ
khoan trên kết cấu bê tông và sử dụng vữa Sika), tất cả các thanh nhựa góc PVC, lưới chống
nứt đã được lắp lên tường và các cơng việc M & E khác phải hồn thành.

concrete structure and use Sika grout, PVC corner bead , wesh fiber mesh and other M&E
work finish.

(5) Trường hợp bề mặt bê tông quá khô và bề mặt hút nước, phải làm ẩm và giảm nhiệt
độ bề mặt bê tông bằng nước sạch theo phương pháp phun sương hay lăn rulô ướt.

In cases where the concrete surface is too dry and the surface is drained, the

concrete surface should be moistened and reduced with fresh water by means of a mist spray
or wet roll.
(6) Sơn tất cả các bề mặt thép bằng sơn chống rỉ trước khi trát nơi lớp trát tiếp xúc
trực tiếp với thép.

4. Method/ Phương án thi công:
Vệ sinh bề mặt bê tơng, trám kín lỗ ti → lắp đặt lưới thủy tinh, chỉ nhựa góc PVC →
tưới ẩm bề mặt bê tông (nếu cần) → kiểm tra độ thẳng của bề mặt bê tông theo 2 phương →
trộn vữa skimcoat → tiến hành trát skimcoat (trát 2 lần) → bảo dưỡng khu vực trát .
Clean R.C surface, hole filling → Install fiber mesh, PVC corner bead → wet R.C
surface (if necessary) → check the straightness of R.C surface in two directions → mix
skimcoat → plastering skimcoat (02 coats) → Curing.

(1) Vệ sinh bề mặt bê tơng, trám kín lỗ ti: vệ sinh rác, xi măng, bụi, dầu mỡ,... (với dao
cạo và chổi). Tất cả các lỗ được trám kín (Theo FEV-CSCEC32-C & S-SD-RFA-098 - Lấp lỗ
khoan trên kết cấu bê tông và sử dụng vữa Sika).

Lắp đặt lưới thủy tinh chống nứt, chỉ nhựa góc PVC:

- Lưới thủy tinh:

Đóng lưới thủy tinh để chống nứt được thực hiện trước khi tiến hành trát

skimcoat ở vị trí kết nối giữa tường bê tông với tường gạch. Chiều rộng của tấm lưới tại mối
nối không nhỏ hơn 200mm. Cố định lưới thủy tinh lên tường bằng cách dùng chính vữa trát
skimcoat trét dọc theo tấm lưới để cố định lên tường.
- Chỉ nhựa góc PVC: gắn chỉ nhựa góc để bảo vệ góc tường. Cố định chỉ nhựa góc này lên

tường bằng cách dùng chính vữa trát skimcoat trét dọc theo 2 bên chỉ nhựa để cố định lên
tường.
2) Installation

- Fiber mesh: install fiber mesh to prevent cracking is carried out before applying the
skimcoat in the connection between the concrete wall and the brick wall. The width of the net
at the joint is not less than 200mm. Fix fiber mesh on the wall by using the plastering mortar
skimcoat along the fiber mesh to fix on the wall.
- PVC corner bead: install the corner bead to protect the corner wall. Fix the corner bead
on the wall by using the plastering mortar skimcoat along the sides of the corner to fix on the
wall.
(3) Tưới ẩm bề mặt bê tông (nếu cần) : Trường hợp bề mặt bê tông quá khô và bề mặt
hút nước, phải làm ẩm và giảm nhiệt độ bề mặt bê tông bằng nước sạch theo phương pháp
phun sương hay lăn rulô ướt trước khi tiến hành trát skimcoat khoảng 30 phút.

Wet concrete surface (if necessary): In cases where the concrete surface is too dry

and the surface is drained, the concrete surface should be moistened and reduced with fresh
water by means of a mist spray or wet roll before applying skimcoat about 30 minutes.

(4) Kiểm tra độ thẳng của bề mặt bê tông theo 2 phương:
- Đường mực kiểm tra: căn cứ đường mực chuẩn đã gửi lên tường ở cao độ 1m so với nền
hồn thiện trong phịng khách, bắn thêm 1 đường mực phía dưới đáy sàn bê tơng 100mm để
cùng sử dụng cho công tác kiểm tra và nghiệm thu.

- Kiểm tra độ thẳng đứng: sử dụng thước nhôm dài, thước thủy và dây dọi cặp vô bề mặt
tường bê tông để kiểm tra độ thẳng đứng.
- Kiểm tra độ bằng phẳng theo phương ngang: sử dụng thước nhôm dài cặp vô bề mặt bê
tông để kiểm tra sơ bộ, sau đó dùng máy tia laze bắn tia theo mực đã gửi rồi dùng thước đo từ
tia laze đến bề mặt bê tông tường và đáy sàn để kiểm tra độ độ bằng phẳng.
- Nếu bề mặt bê tông tương đối bằng phẳng thì tiến hành trét 1 lớp kết dính tạo liên kết
trước khi trát skimcoat, cịn nếu lệch quá 5mm thì phải sử lý bề mặt bằng vữa (theo phương
pháp như trát vữa kết dính (tham khảo trong Mos trát tường) cho bề mặt bê tông) cho bằng
phẳng rồi mới được tiến hành trát skimcoat.

Check the straightness of R.C surface in two directions ：

- Level line check: Based on level line at level +1.0m from FFL on living room wall, set out
level line at under slab soffit 100mm in order for checking and inspection.
- Vertical inspection: Use a long ruler, water meter and wires to match the concrete wall to
check the vertical.
- Horizontal inspection: Use a pair of longitudinal aluminum bars to check the roughness of
the concrete, then use a laser beam to send the beam in the sent ink and then measure from
the laser beam to the calf surface wall and floor bottom to check the level of flatness.
- If the surface of the concrete is relatively flat, bonding agent to be applied before apply
skimcoat, and if the offset is more than 5mm, then treat the surface with mortar (by the same
method as plaster with bonding agent (refer to Mos for plastering works) for concrete surface)
to be flat before apply skimcoat.

(5) Trộn vữa Skimcoat:

Bột skimcoat + nước được đổ ra thùng và dùng máy khuấy để

trộn đều, có thể dùng máy trộn vữa nếu cần sử dụng số lượng vữa nhiều. Nên đổ bột vào nước,

khơng nên đổ nước vào bột để tránh vón cục. Theo chỉ dẫn của nhà sản xuất thì tỷ lệ trộn
bột/nước là (1: 3), tức là một bao bột 40kg cần khoảng 14 ~ 16 lít nước sạch. Dùng máy
khuấy trộn cho đều thành hỗn hợp vữa nhão đồng nhất. Để hỗn hợp trong khoảng 7 – 10 phút
cho các hóa chất phát huy tác dụng, sau đó khuấy trộn lại một lần nữa rồi mới tiến hành mang
đi thi cơng. Sử dụng vữa trong vịng 2h sau khi trộn.

Mix skimcoat : Skimcoat flour + water is poured into the bucket and stirred to mix,

can use mortar mixer if you need to use a lot of mortar. Should be poured into water, do not
pour water into the powder to avoid lumps. Follow manufacturer’s instruction then mixing
ratio of flour / water is (1: 3), ie a bag of 40kg powder need about 14 ~ 16 liters of clean
water. Mix the mixer into a homogeneous paste. Mix in about 7 - 10 minutes for the chemicals
to work, then stir again before carrying out the construction. Use skimcoat mortar within 2
hours after mixing.

Tiến hành trát Skimcoat:

- Thi cơng lớp lót: dùng bàn thép và tấm nhựa trát theo phương ngang một lớp lên

tường, chiều dày lớp trát này khoảng 2,5mm, thi công lớp này cho đến khi hồn thiện hết bức
tường.
- Thi cơng lớp hoàn thiện: Sau 4~6h khi hoàn thành trát lớp lót, tiến hành trát lớp hồn
thiện theo phương đứng, chiều dày lớp hoàn thiện cũng khoảng 2,5mm. Thao tác thi cơng như
thi cơng lớp lót cho đến khi trát hồn thiện bức tường.

Lưu ý phải đảm bảo chiều dày mỗi lần trát phải tương đối bằng nhau bằng cách trét của

cơng nhân có kỹ năng chun nghiệp.
- Sau khi hồn thiện việc trát, vệ sinh sạch sẽ khu vực thi công.

Plastering Skimcoat:

- Apply skimcoat in layers.
- Construction of the lining: use a steel table and plastic sheet plastered on thin walls
horizontally, the thickness of this plaster is about 2,5mm, apply this layer until the finish of
the wall.
- Finishing: After 4~6h, when finishing the lining, proceed to finish the finishing layer
vertically, the thickness of the finishing layer is about 2,5mm. Execution of work as lining
construction until the finishing of the wall.
- Make sure that the thickness of each patch should be relatively equal by plastering of

(8) Kiểm tra lại tổng thể toàn bộ tường sau khi trát xong bằng những công cụ như lúc
kiểm tra bề mặt trước khi trát. Nếu có những vị trí khơng bằng phẳng, bị lỗi hoặc khuyết tật
thì phải chỉnh sửa lại cho hồn chỉnh theo hướng dẫn kỹ thuật của nhà sản xuất.
Sau khi tường bên ngoài được trát hoàn chỉnh và được bảo dưỡng đầy đủ, Nhà thầu được
yêu cầu thực hiện kiểm tra công việc trát tường này tại hiện trường theo đặc điểm kiến trúc.

㸦8㸧Check all wall after finishing plastering by tools such as when checking the surface

5. Quality control / Kiểm soát chất lượng:
(1) Vữa Skimcoat phải trơn, rắn, cùng màu mà khơng có vết nứt và bụi.

6. Bảo vệ tường sau khi trát/ Protection for finished product :
(1) Trong q trình thi cơng, vận chuyển vật liệu, thiết bị và xe đẩy phải đặc biệt cẩn thận
để tránh chạm, va đập, đập vào tường, cửa ra vào, cửa sổ,.... Người thi công nghiêm cấm đi bộ
trên cửa ra vào, cửa sổ để tránh bị hư hại cho các cạnh và góc.

In construction process, material delivery, equipment and trolleys should be

particularly careful to prevent touch, hit, knock on wall, doors, windows and so on. Operators
are strictly prohibited to tread on doors, windows, to prevent damage to edges and corners.
(2) Phải đảm bảo bảo vệ cho các thành phần âm vào tường, đường ống, hộp, rãnh thông
hơi, lỗ,...bảo vệ để tránh rò rỉ hoặc bị nghẹt vữa.
2 Protection should be ensured for embedded members, trunking, boxes, ventilation grate,
reserved holes to prevent mortar leakage or jam.
(3) Chúng ta phải cẩn thận khi tháo giàn giáo, I đỡ giàn giáo để tránh trúng cửa, cửa sổ,
tường hoặc cạnh và góc.

We should be careful when removing scaffolding, springboard so as not to hit the door,

windows, walls or edges and corners.
(4) Trước khi bề mặt trát khơ hồn tồn, phải ngăn chặn bụi và khơng khí nóng tiếp xúc trực
tiếp với bề mặt skimcoat.
(4) Before surface drying, dust and hot air prevention should be prohibited.

7. An tồn và bảo vệ mơi trường/Safety and Measures for environment protection :
(1) Giàn giáo được lắp đặt khi chiều cao làm việc hơn 2m. Trước khi thi công, phải kiểm tra
giàn giáo. Khi di chuyển giàn giáo, công nhân nên đi xuống. Không được sử dụng giàn giáo
có vết nứt, lỏng lẻo.
(1) Scaffolding should be set up for operating height of more than 2m. Before construction,
check scaffolding. When moving scaffolding, operator should go down. It is strictly prohibited
standing on the ladder and scaffold board is not allowed. Scaffolding with cracks, loose etc.,
shall not be used.

(2) Phải đảm sàn thao tác khi làm việc là phải đủ độ rộng và cao, tránh trường hợp phải
với khi thi công.

To ensure the working platform is wide and high enough, Avoid the case with the

construction.
(3) Công nhân phải đội mũ bảo hiểm và đai an toàn khi làm việc trên cao.
(3) Workers in construction must wear helmets and safety belt at heights.
(4) Phải thu gom và phân loại chất thải để thải bỏ đúng nơi quy định.
(4) Waste must be collected and classified for disposal in the prescribed place.
