Getting started. ¯ask and answer Ä What can we do to reduce the amount of garbage we produce? We should use tree leaves to wrap things. used paper to make toys. garbage to make fertilizer. vegetables matter to make animal food. EX: S1: We should use cloth bags instead of plastic bags. Try and find another use for them d) We can look for information on recycling things by having a contact with an organization like Friends of the Earth, going to the local library, or asking our family and friends e) We shouldn’t use plastic bags because when we throw them away they could stay very long and could not be self-destroyed/ selfdemolished/ (they’re difficult to dissolve) 4.
