Because they can help each other a lot. -I don’t agree that a happy marriage should be based on love. Because there are a lot of things to make it happy. - It’s not true. Bcause nowadays, many Asians are as open-minded as Americans, so they can decide their own marriage. - I think that in some Asian countries, a man and a womanmay hold hands and kiss each other in public. But it’s not very popular in Vietnam..

In America. In Vietnam. - Two generations (parents and children) live in a home - Old-aged parents live in nursing homes - It is not polite to asks questions about age, marriage and income - Americans can greet anyone in the family first.. - Three or four generations live under one roof - Elders live with children and are taken care of by their sons - Asking about age, marriage and income is acceptable. - A Vietnamese greets the head of the family or the oldest person first, then the younger ones.
