They can tell about their favor and their favorite TV program II. PREPARATIONS: Textbook, pictures, cassette player. III. PROCEDURES: *Checking attendance (1’): - 7A1:………………………………………………… - 7A2:………………………………………………… Teacher’s activities 1. Warm - up (5’) - Ask questions about their favorite TV programs + What do you usually do in your free time? + Do you often watch TV + What kind of program do you like best? 2. Presentation (17’) - Show students the schedule of the TV program and ask them where they can read it - Ask them to look at the picture and guess what the members of Hoa’s family are doing - Introduce the conversation - Play the tape for the students - Ask questions to elicit the new words and new structures. 1. Adventure (n) 2. Cricket (n) 3. To sound (v) 4. Boring (a) - Mention the structure “Like / prefer + to infinitive” I prefer to listen to music in the evening.. Students’ activities - Listen to the teacher and try to answer. - Look at the schedule of the TV program and answer the questions - Look at the picture and guess what are they doing - Listen to the teacher’s introduction - Listen to the tape - Answer.  Notice the structure mentioned Notes: Like/ prefer + to- infinitives.
