- Write the words on the board and ask them to
repeat.

1. Comparative:

- Form:
S + be + adj-er + than + S
- Usage:
Dùng so sánh hai sự vật
Ex: Lan is taller than Hoa.
2. Superlative:
- Form: S + be +the + adj-est
- Usage: so sánh hơn nhất
Ex: This building is the tallest.
+ In the superlative form, the definite article THE
is written before the adjective.
3. Practice: (12’)
- Set the sense: You are going to read about some big
cities. Can you guess which the biggest city in the
world is? Put the cities in order: biggest first.
