WHERE: ở đâu
WHOSE: của ai


Điền vào chỗ trống các từ nghi vấn thích hơp:
1. _______ do you live?
2. _______ book is this?
3. _______ is she? She is fine.
4. _______ is she? She is five.
5. _______ do you learn mathematics?
6. _______ salt do you need?
7. _______ pens do you want?
8. _______ teaches you English?
9. _______ do you learn on Monday?


Cách đặt câu hỏi
Khi đặt câu hỏi ta lưu ý hai điều sau đây:
- Từ gạch dưới sẽ được bỏ đi và thay thế bằng các

từ sau đây: who, what, when, where, how, how
much, how many, whose, how old, …
- Câu có am, is, are, can, must, … ta đặt chúng
trước chủ ngữ. Câu có động từ thường, ta dùng
DO, DOES hoặc DID trước chủ ngữ.


Ví dụ: Tin learns English.
> Who learns English? (Khi đặt câu hỏi cho chủ
ngữ, trật tự từ không đổi)
Tin learns English.
>What does Tin learn?
Tin is thirteen years old.
> How old is Tin?
They learn physics on Monday.
> When do they learn physics?


Đặt câu hỏi cho những từ gạch dưới (chân):
1. Kiên lives in Ho Chi Minh City.
2. Nguyên has two books.
3. Thien Tam is beautiful.
4. She needs two kilos of rice.
5. Tin’s house is nice.
6. My Tam learns English on Friday.
7. Tài is fine.
8. The car is red.
9. Lan likes literature.

1. Kiên lives in Ho Chi Minh City.
> Where does Kien live?
2. Nguyên has two books.
> How many books does Nguyen have?
3. Thien Tam is beautiful.
> How is Thien Tam?
4. She needs two kilos of rice.
> How much rice does she need?


5. Tin’s house is nice.
> Whose house is nice?
6. My Tam learns English on Friday.
> When does My Tam learn English?
7. Tài is fine.
> How is Tai?
8. The car is red.
> What color is the car?
9. Lan likes literature.
> What does Lan like?


Đặt câu hỏi cho những từ gạch dưới (chân):
1. Mr. Hai lives in Nha Trang.
2. They buy three books.
3. Mai is ten years old.
4. Hoa likes Mai’s room.
5. Her classroom is on the second floor.
6. He gets up at six o’clock.
7. He drinks two cans of beer.

8. The cat is under the table.
9. The flowers are in the vase.


Ask questions for the underlined words/phrases:
1. Ten students got the prizes.
2. Ten students got the prizes.
3. The Mekong river is about 4,500km.
4. Sword lake is four meters.
5. There are five rooms in the house.
6. Flowers are in bloom in spring.
7. He earns 2,000 US dollars a month.
8. She is happy because he gives her a gif.
9. He has learned English since he was ten.
10. He loved her when she had helped him.
