Chapter 1 : VNDIRECT OVERVIEW
1.1. VNDIRECT’s Organization Structure:
The Chairwoman of Board of Directors is Mrs. Pham Minh Huong. With over 25
years of experience working in the finance industry, she has accumulated a lot of
critical knowledge to establish VNDIRECT Securities Joint Stock Company. As a
person of technology, Mrs. Pham Minh Huong strives to build VNDIRECT’s
platform to be a modern, user-friendly digital space for all investors of all ages to
embark on their own financial freedom journey. Moreover, she is a compassionate
leader who embraces having a healthy, united, and passionate working
environment for VNDIRECT staffs (VNDIRECTORS) as she embodies her life
philosophies into building VNDIRECT’s gene and core values.
As for the company’s organization structure, VNDIRECT clearly divides its
structure into four main functional segments: client service, product, business
support, and operation. For client service departments, they are divided into subcategories to match the company’s target customers: individual customers,
corporate customers, digital business, and offshore market. They provide customer
care services and research data and technology to assist the R&D process. For
product departments, another four sub-departments are divided, namely securities
service, investment management service, investment banking, and capital market
activity. In this side of the organization chart, only operation teams are constructed
to process requirements regarding the company’s products.
