distribution for individual investors. This is one of VNDIRECT’s unique selling
point as they pay attention to its clients’ whole well – being and not solely focus on
earning profit and reputation.
Money transaction management is also offered as VNDIRECT has performed deep
cooperation with 12 domestic banks for free, convenient money transaction
activities. Securities depository is exercised as well with the fee stated clearly in
the Circular 127/2018/TT-BTC. These two services are provided as supporting
services for the convenience of stock trading for customers.
For corporate customers, VNDIRECT is a distributor for fund certificates and
corporate bonds. There are seven fund certificates distributed by VNDIRECT and
customers can buy them with small capital on hand (starting at VND 100,000) and
no buying fees. For corporate bonds, the company divided them into short-term
bonds and long-term bonds, both with their competitive advantages. One of the
unique selling points of bonds distributed by VNDIRECT is that the company
committed to buy back at a pre – determined interest rate for short – term bonds
and provide liquidity assistance for long – term bonds. These factors exist to lower
risks for clients and encourage individual customers to invest in stable –
developing assets.
1.2.1. Financial Services:
This line of service and product specializes in providing financial capital support
services. Some of the telling services are margin lending, cash advances, stock
mortgage, and bonds repo transaction.
VNDIRECT has the reputation of being one of the market’s trusted margin lenders as
the company has successfully increased the charter capital to VND 4,349.5 billion,
