The team leader always assigns work to each member with a deadline. For the
assigned work, everyone always tries to complete it before the deadline. All
members are always enthusiastic to contribute ideas when doing exercises that
need to be discussed on Google Meet. When we work in groups together, we
learn a lot from each other such as how to work, how to come up with good
ideas, how to keep harmony in a group.

Were the behaviors of any of your team members particularly valuable or
detrimental to the team? Explain.
Up to now, in the process of working with the group, I have not noticed any
disadvantages. Team members are very energetic, actively giving ideas and
working hard. Those are special values that each member has. Because each
member is responsible and understands each other, trying for the group, not
themselves. Moreover, team members always unite, listen and accept mistakes
and correct.

What did you learn about working in a group from this project that you will
carry into your next group experience?
We learned to respect and help each other in the process of studying together.
Indeed, respecting each individual's opinion is extremely important, it helps
members to bond more, work together more comfortably, it helps maintain
harmony between members to avoid happening arguments. In addition, helping
each other is also extremely necessary in the process of teamwork. It is not only
to help one person but also to help the whole group achieve good results. For
example, when there is a group member who does not understand the topic or

does not know what to do. Then we will work together and solve those questions,
not just assign the job and leave each other to write whatever you want. Four
heads are definitely better than just one.

all their energy into their new job in the first few weeks. Therefore, to solve this

Our company should give them incentives or perks such as assisted house fee and
commuting fee, provide a house. It will help the employees with a portion of the
money burden before they find a new home at an affordable price.
Secondly, the staff may not like the new areas. The relocation to a new town, where
employees will live far away from their family, their friends, is hard for them. For

this problem, our company should hold a meeting to explain why it is necessary and
relevant to their development in one of the biggest cities in Vietnam and show
more bonus schemes to support them. This is an effective way for our company to
make the employees reassess this problem.
Finally, some staff cannot relocate. Majority of employees will not accept this news
and they will choose to quit this job. For such employees, we will deal with such
staff not like the new area. Our company should send direct mails for them or
private talk. We can ask for the reason why they can’t continue with the company
then reassess whether they are made redundant or not, consider the cost and
training if we hire new ones. Because we relocated to other countries, we would
have to pay much money to consider keeping or laying them off like they want.
