指导下，我们将对外交流中常用的英语口语汇编成册，并配以音视频资料登载在湖北
水利网站上（可在“处室动态”栏下载），以便为广大干部职工日常学习和对外交流特
别是出国学习培训提供参考。本手册主要有以下特点：

一、实用性强。力求在没有翻译人员陪同的情况下，使得干部职工能够在对外交流特
别是出访中进行简单的交流。
二、使用方便。本手册采用中英文对照方式，对精选的对外交流常用英语口语根据实
际情景，分门别类，便于查阅和使用。
三、内容较为全面。手册共分 12 个主题，每个主题列出若干基本句型及常用词汇。
围绕这些基本句型还可以派生出大量会话用语。
