Paul Villinski was born in 1960 is an American sculptor best known for his large-scale installations of
individual butterflies made from aluminum cans found on the streets on New York City. Paul Vallinski, takes
recycling to a higher level. Paul uses crushed aluminium cans and other rubbish he picks up off the streest of New
York to craft magnificent wall decorations and sculptures showing butterflies and birds. Paul believes his works

are like actors in narratives. He brings the objects back to life and at the same time uses them in order to raise
