CÂU GIÁN TIÊP VỚI CÂU ĐIỀU KIỆN
- Khi chuyển từ câu điều kiện sang câu gián tiếp thì ta chỉ lùi thì với câu điều kiện
loại 1. CỊn câu điều kiện loại 2, Loại 3 và điều kiện hỗn hợp thì ko lùi thì của động
từ.
- Khi chuyển từ câu điều kiện sang câu gián tiếp thì ta thay phải thay đổi : S, O,
tính từ sở hữu và trạng từ thời gian, nơi chốn với tất cả câu điều kiện.
EX: He said, "If I catch the plane, I'll be home by five!" (loại 1)
(Anh ta nói : "Nếu tơi bắt kịp chuyến bay tôi sẽ về tới nhà trước năm giờ.")
=> He said (that)  if he caught the plane he would be home by five.
(Anh ta nói rằng nếu anh ta bắt kịp chuyến bay anh ta sẽ về nhà trước năm giờ.)
- "If I had a permit I could get a job", he said. (loại 2)
(Anh ta nói: "Nếu tơi có được giấy phép sẽ có thể xin được việc.)
=> He said that if he had a permit he could get a job.
(Anh ta nói rằng nếu anh ta có được giấy phép anh ta có  thể xin được việc.)
- "If she had loved Tom, she wouldn't have left him", he said. (loại 3)
("Nếu cô ấy yêu Tom, cô ấy sẽ không để rời bỏ anh ấy", anh ta nói.)
=> He said that if she had loved Tom she wouldn't have left him.
(Anh ta nói rằng nếu cơ ấy u Tom thì cơ sẽ khơng bỏ anh ta đâu.)
