INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION

Theo Bộ Giao thông vận tải, thời gian qua, hợp tác quốc tế
của ngành giao thơng vận tải tiếp tục được đẩy mạnh, đã
góp phần thực hiện các mục tiêu phát triển của ngành, cũng
như công tác đối ngoại chung của đất nước.

According to the Ministry of Transport, over the past
time/in the past/recently, international cooperation of the
transport sector has been continuously/increasingly
promoted, thus contributing to the unit's development goals
implementation, as well as the country's general external
relations undertakings.

Để đẩy mạnh hành động hợp tác quốc tế, Bộ GTVT đã
nghiêm túc quán triệt và triển khai tới các cơ quan, đơn vị
trực thuộc các nghị quyết, quy định, quy chế, chính sách
của Đảng, Nhà nước về quản lý các hoạt động đối ngoại; đã
ban hành Quy chế về việc sử dụng và quản lý hộ chiếu
ngoại giao, hộ chiếu công vụ của cán bộ, công chức và viên

chức quản lý thuộc Bộ.

To further promote international cooperation actions, the
Ministry of Transport has strictly/seriously grasped and
instructed agencies and units resolutions, regulations,
policies under the management of the Communist Party and
the State on management over external activities and issued
regulations on the usage and state management of
diplomatic passports, official passports of cadres, civil
servants and officials of the Ministry.

nghiệp GTVT Việt Nam tháo gỡ vướng mắc, tăng cường và

mở rộng hợp tác với các đối tác nước ngoài; mặt khác, hồn
thành các nhiệm vụ chính trị được Đảng và Chính phủ phân
cơng, đóng góp tích cực vào thúc đẩy quan hệ hợp tác
chung giữa Việt Nam với các nước.

As for bilateral cooperation, the Ministry of Transport will
continue deepening transport cooperation relations with
neighbouring countries like Laos, Cambodia and China,
promoting cooperation with important partners in this field
such as Japan, Korea, the United States, Australia, Germany
and several other countries. On the one hand, the Ministry
will increase transportation connectivity for meeting the
transport demands for both passengers and goods,
supporting Vietnamese transport enterprises active in this
field to remove obstacles-barriers/address difficulties,
strengthening and expanding cooperation with their foreign
counterparts; on the other hand, discharging/fulfilling
political tasks/responsibilities assigned by Communist Party
and the Government, actively contributing to the joint
cooperation relations promotion between Vietnam and other
countries.

Trao đổi thống nhất với các nước đối tác và báo cáo Chính
phủ cho phép ký 5 điều ước quốc tế trong lĩnh vực GTVT.
Đẩy mạnh tổ chức tuyên truyền, phổ biến, hướng dẫn thực
hiện cam kết quốc tế của Việt Nam trong lĩnh vực GTVT.
Tiếp tục nghiên cứu, báo cáo Chính phủ cho phép tiến hành
đàm phán, ký kết và gia nhập các điều ước quốc tế trong
lĩnh vực GTVT mang lại lợi ích thiết thực, tạo thuận lợi cho

việc đi lại, vận chuyển hàng hóa của người dân và doanh
nghiệp.

To continue improving international cooperation efficiency,
the Ministry of Transport was determined to promote the
full implementation of commitments in this area in/at
international conventions on both bilateral and multilateral
base those Vietnam signed and participated in; reached
agreements with partner countries and asked/seeked
Government permissions for the signing of 5 international
conventions relating to transport; promoted information
dissemination and guidance on the implementation of
Vietnam's international commitments in this field;
continued studying and seeked Government permissions for
negotiation, signature and accession to international
conventions to bring out concrete/specific benefits,
facilitate for movement of people and goods of the people
and enterprises.

Các Bộ trưởng cũng xem xét báo cáo của Ủy ban Điều phối

The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam has sent dispatch

Với kinh nghiệm triển khai các chuyến bay hồi hương giữa
Việt Nam và Canada trong năm 2020, Vietnam Airlines đã
khẩn trương phối hợp với các cơ quan trong và ngoài nước
để hoàn tất các yêu cầu về pháp lý, kỹ thuật và nhân sự cho
các chuyến bay đến Canada trong năm nay. Trong đó, thủ

With the experience of deploying repatriation flights
between Vietnam and Canada in 2020, Vietnam Airlines
urgently coordinated with domestic and overseas agencies

for fulfilling requirements of legals, technology and human
resources for flights to Canada this year. In particular, the
procedure for a flight licence from Canada Aviation
authority is the most complicated, taking up to 4 months for
Vietnam Airlines to discharge.

Cục Hàng khơng Việt Nam cho biết chỉ cịn khoảng 30
hãng hàng khơng nước ngồi từ các nước Đơng Bắc Á,
Đơng Nam Á, Trung Đông và Pháp khai thác các chuyến
bay chở hàng hóa, nhà ngoại giao, chuyên gia, nhà đầu tư,
người lao động tay nghề cao, sinh viên nước ngoài,... đi/đến
Việt Nam.

only about 30 foreign airlines from Northeast Asia,
Southeast Asia, the Middle East and France deploying
flights for inbound and outbound goods, diplomats, experts,
investors, skilled workers, overseas students etc.
