TĨM TẮT
Nghiên cứu đã ra đời được cách thức hoạt động của công cụ Google Ads của Shopee giúp thúc đẩy bán
hàng, tiếp cận người mua hàng, thúc đẩy lưu lượng truy cập và chuyển đổi, mở rộng kênh thu hút khách
hàng, nắm bắt nhu cầu tìm kiếm và tăng doanh số bán hàng. Nghiên cứu áp dụng phương pháp suy luận
và phân tích để giúp cho việc hiểu được về công cụ quảng cáo Google Ads là tầm quan trọng cách sử
dụng và lợi ích mang lại cho Shopee. Để từ đó thấy được kết quả đạt được từ việc nghiên cứu áp dụng

được công cụ quảng cáo trực tuyến Google Ads vào Shopee.

1. GIỚI THIỆU
Thế giới đang phát triển mạnh song song với sự bùng nổ về công nghệ. Google là nơi có thể giúp mọi
người tìm kiếm được mọi thông tin và được nhiều người quan tâm, theo dõi. Hiện nay, công cụ này đã
mở ra một thời đại mới giúp các doanh nghiệp trên thị trường có thể tiếp cận được hàng loạt khách hàng
quan tâm đến sản phẩm của doanh nghiệp mình. Google Ads là trang quảng cáo trên Google giúp các
doanh nghiệp có thể tìm hiểu và theo dõi được tất cả khách hàng đang quan tâm. Shopee Uni (2022) cho
rằng cách thức thiết lập được chiến dịch Google Ads với Shopee là: tạo chiến dịch của bạn “ chọn loại
chiến dịch mua sắm: tiêu chuẩn học thông minh” hướng dẫn thiết lập từng bước, theo dõi chiến dịch của
bạn bằng phương pháp và mẫu theo dõi, và tối ưu hóa chiến dịch để chiến lược tối ưu hóa, thực hành tốt
nhất. Việc nghiên cứu và tìm hiểu cách thức ứng dụng cơng cụ quảng cáo trực tuyến của Google Ads của
Shopee tìm kiếm được một số khách hàng tiềm năng giúp cho các doanh nghiệp nói chung và Shopee
nói riêng.
2. CƠ SỞ LÍ THUYẾT
2.1. Lý thuyết mơ hình chấp nhận cơng nghệ
Theo Fred Davis (1986), lý thuyết mơ hình chấp nhận cơng nghệ mơ hình TAM đã được áp dụng rộng
rãi trong các nghiên cứu về sử dụng công nghệ, bao gồm các nghiên cứu về sử dụng phần mềm, sử dụng
trang web, mua hàng trực tuyến và các ứng dụng di động. Các nhà quản lý và nhà phát triển cơng nghệ
có thể sử dụng mơ hình này để hiểu hành vi của khách hàng và tối ưu hóa thiết kế cơng nghệ để đáp ứng
nhu cầu của khách hàng. Mơ hình này giải thích cách người dùng đánh giá và sử dụng cơng nghệ mới
được xác định bởi hai yếu tố chính: nhận thức tính hữu ích và nhận thức dễ sử dụng.

mục tiêu trực tuyến thông qua nền tảng cơng cụ tìm kiếm và các trang web đối tác. Các trang web đối
tác này lưu trữ quảng cáo dưới dạng văn bản hoặc hình ảnh xuất hiện trên trang sau khi người dùng tìm
kiếm từ khóa và cụm từ liên quan đến doanh nghiệp các sản phẩm hoặc dịch vụ của doanh nghiệp. Trên
Google.com, công cụ AdWords thường xuất hiện ở các vị trí cụ thể ở đầu và bên phải của trang kết quả
tìm kiếm. Bạn có thể chọn từ khóa liên quan đến thương hiệu, sản phẩm, dịch vụ và ngành cho tài khoản
AdWords của mình. Khi khách hàng tìm kiếm những cụm từ này, quảng cáo của cửa hàng sẽ được phân
phát cho họ. Bạn chỉ trả tiền khi người dùng nhấp vào quảng cáo của bạn và truy cập trang web của bạn
hoặc gọi cho doanh nghiệp của bạn bằng cách sử dụng "nhấp để gọi".
2.3. Các dạng quảng cáo Google Ads
Theo Vu (2022), các dạng công cụ Google Ads bao gồm: Google Search Ads – Quảng cáo mạng tìm
kiếm Google, Google Display Network – Quảng cáo mạng hiển thị (GDN), Google Shopping Ads –
Quảng cáo mua sắm online, Video Ads – Quảng cáo Video, Gmail Ads – Quảng cáo Gmail, app Ads Quảng cáo ứng dụng toàn cầu, Remarketing – Tiếp thị lại.
2.4. Lợi ích khi sử dụng Google Ads

Theo Thuy (2021), đã đưa ra 6 lợi ích khi sử dụng Google Ads bao gồm: một số lượng lớn khách hàng
được tiếp cận khi sử dụng công cụ Google Ads; cho phép thiết lập đa dạng mục tiêu quảng cáo Google
Ads; kiểm sốt chi phí cho doanh nghiệp hoặc nhà bán lẻ; đo lường hiệu quả quảng cáo dễ dàng; dễ dàng
quản lý; giám sát các tài khoản quảng cáo; khai thác các mục tiêu tìm kiếm hiệu quả; nhận kết quả nhanh
hơn với công cụ cụ khác và phát triển định vị thương hiệu với người dùng.
2.5 Chỉ tiêu đánh giá hiệu quả của Google
Theo Nguyen (2020), chỉ tiêu đánh giá hiệu quả của Google Ads bao gồm: tỷ lệ nhấp chuột của quảng
cáo (CTR). Tỷ lệ này cho biết bao nhiêu lần người dùng đã nhấp vào quảng cáo so với số lần hiển thị của
quảng cáo. Tỷ lệ chuyển đổi của quảng cáo (CR). Tỷ lệ này cho biết bao nhiêu lần người dùng đã thực
hiện hành động mà quảng cáo đề xuất so với số lần hiển thị của quảng cáo. Chi phí trung bình cho mỗi
lần nhấp chuột vào quảng cáo (CPC). Chi phí trung bình cho mỗi lần chuyển đổi (CPA).
2.6 Xu hướng áp dụng công cụ Google Ads để quảng cáo
Theo MMIC (2023), có thể nói quảng cáo Google Ads vẫn là một trong các giải pháp hiệu quả nhất hỗ
trợ doanh nghiệp thúc đẩy lưu lượng truy cập; thu hút khách hàng và mang đến chuyển đổi. Việc áp dụng
công cụ Google Ads để quảng cáo trực tuyến đang là mối quan tâm hàng đầu của các doanh nghiệp. 5 xu
hướng quảng cáo Google Ads đáng chú ý năm 2023: tìm kiếm bằng giọng nói, trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI), tìm
kiếm bằng thiết bị di động, quảng cáo Video, quảng cáo mua sắm.
3. THỰC TRẠNG VỀ VIỆC SỬ DỤNG CÔNG CỤ GOOGLE ADS TRONG QUẢNG CÁO CỦA
SHOPEE
Theo Thuy (2020), Shopee hợp tác với Google ra mắt tính năng tiếp thị số. Tính năng này có tên "Google
Ads with Shopee" được xem là giải pháp nhằm hỗ trợ các thương hiệu thúc đẩy doanh số bán hàng trực
tuyến. Theo đó với "Google Ads with Shopee", các thương hiệu trên Shopee sẽ có quyền truy cập các

hàng mục tiêu, cải thiện thứ hạng sản phẩm, cạnh tranh tốt với đối thủ.
3.1 Tình hình ứng dụng công cụ Google Ads của Shopee
Định vị đối tượng khách hàng (Targeting): Theo LifeatShopee (2023), đối với người dùng trên toàn khu
vực, Shopee mang đến trải nghiệm mua sắm trực tuyến tích hợp với vơ số sản phẩm đa dạng chủng loại;
cộng đồng người dùng năng động và chuỗi dịch vụ liền mạch.
Theo Johnny Trần, Nguyên Cao, Cường Nguyễn (2022), tại Việt Nam, Lock & Lock tìm cách thu hút
nhiều khách hàng hơn bằng cách mở rộng kênh bán hàng. Thương hiệu gia dụng đã chạy chiến dịch Mua
sắm thông minh từ tháng 5 đến tháng 7 năm 2021. Tận dụng công nghệ máy học của Google, thương
hiệu này có thể tự động tiếp cận những người mua sắm bằng quảng cáo phù hợp nhất trên Google Tìm
kiếm và Hiển thị. Kết quả của Google with shopee mang lại cho Lock & Lock sau khi sử dụng như sau:

thương mại điện tử. Những lợi ích mà cơng cụ này mang lại cho Shopee bao gồm: Google Ads with
Shopee là giải pháp giúp các thương hiệu trên Shopee thúc đẩy bán hang thông qua quảng cáo văn bản
và quảng cáo mua sắn, mở rộng kênh thu hút khách hàng, thúc đẩy lưu lượng truy cập và chuyển đổi cho
các sản phẩm, cửa hàng và tăng doanh số bán hàng.
3.3. Hạn chế khi Shopee sử dụng cơng cụ Google Ads
Ngồi những lợi ích mà cơng cụ Google Ads đem lại cho Shopee thì cũng có những hạn chế sau: quảng
cáo Google Ads không hiển thị; các vấn đề về tài khoản và chiến dịch, các vấn đề về hiệu suất chiến dịch;
Google có chính sách quảng cáo rất nghiêm ngặt để đảm bảo lợi ích tối đa cho người dùng. Vì vậy một
số nội dung, ngành không đạt các quy chuẩn của Google sẽ bị hạn chế, thậm chí cấm quảng cáo.
4. KẾT LUẬN
Việc nghiên cứu ứng dụng công cụ quảng cáo trực tuyến Google Ads vào Shopee giúp cho mọi người
hiểu được phần nào về cách ứng dụng quảng cáo trực tuyến trên công cụ Google Ads. Những công cụ
này mang lại nhiều lợi ích và tránh những phần thiệt hại gây tổn thất không đáng. Dựa trên nghiên cứu
cách thức sử dụng cơng cụ Google Ads thì Shopee rút ra một số kết luận sau: Shopee nên tập trung vào
các từ khóa tìm kiếm liên quan đến sản phẩm, đặc biệt là các từ khóa dựa trên tên sản phẩm hoặc loại
sản phẩm. Bên cạnh đó, Shopee việc tạo các quảng cáo hấp dẫn, thu hút khách hàng bằng cách sử dụng
hình ảnh và tiêu đề hấp dẫn, đối chiếu kết quả của chiến dịch quảng cáo với các chỉ số đo lường hiệu quả
như tỷ lệ chuyển đổi và tỷ lệ nhấp vào quảng cáo cần được chú trọng, từ đó điều chỉnh chiến lược quảng
cáo một cách phù hợp.
