Học phần Quản trị Quan hệ Công chúng cung cấp cho sinh viên các lý thuyết cơ
bản về hoạt động quan hệ công chúng; phân biệt hoạt động PR trong các doanh ngiệp,
các cơ quan chính phủ, các tổ chức phi chính phủ; trang bị cho sinh viên các nền tảng
lý thuyết và thực tiễn về quản trị hoạt động tài trợ và tổ chức sự kiện, quản lý xung đột
& truyền thông trong khủng hoảng; rèn luyện các kỹ năng cần thiết cho hoạt động PR;
cung cấp các phương pháp và nội dung đánh giá hiệu quả hoạt động PR. Bên cạnh đó,
thơng qua việc kết hợp lý thuyết và thực hiện các bài tập phân tích các tình huống thực
tế, học phần sẽ giúp sinh viên hiểu và ứng dụng được các kỹ năng cần thiết trong hoạt
động PR; Phát triển các thực hành hoạt động quan hệ công chúng như soạn thảo các tài
liệu truyền thông (media kits); Xây dựng mối quan hệ với giới truyền thông; Quản trị
xung đột và nắm bắt cách thức truyền thông trong cuộc khủng hoảng.

8. Nhiệm vụ của sinh viên:
- Sinh viên phải chuẩn bị cho buổi học trên lớp bằng cách đọc trước các tài liệu,
giáo trình theo yêu cầu của giảng viên, dành thời gian để làm các bài tập và nghiên cứu
các case study.
- Giảng viên khuyến khích sinh viên đặt câu hỏi về những vấn đề chưa hiểu và
muốn phát triển sâu hơn. Cách tốt nhất để nắm vững nội dung các chủ đề là nghiên
cứu và giải quyết các câu hỏi, tình huống cung cấp ở mỗi chương, điều này rất hữu ích
cho sinh viên để nắm được các khái niệm và kiểm tra mức độ hiểu biết của mình về
các vấn đề.
- Đảm bảo thời gian yêu cầu sinh viên có mặt trên lớp theo quy định hiện hành của
Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo.
- Thực hiện và hoàn thành dự án phát triển sản phẩm mới: Làm việc nhóm (4-5
sinh viên).
