<b>*Disassemble and inspect the carburetor1 Disassemble process</b>

1. Drain the coolant from the engine2. Remove the air filter

3. Remove the throttle cable from the carburetor4. Remove the cable from the automatic

transmission

5. Remove the electrical connector to the carburetor

6. Remove the pipes include fuel line which supply

to the carburetor, connecting tube to the OVCV, anti-pollution pipes

7. Loosen the nuts evenly and remove the carburetor from the intake manifold8. Use a cloth to cover the intake pipe

<b>2. Remove the carburetor cover</b>

1. Remove the electrical terminals from the electrical connector2. Remove the vacuum line to the CB unit

4. Check the solenoid valve:

- Use batteries to supply power to the solenoid valve

- Listen to the valve's jumping sound when the power is turned on and off5. Check the heating coil of the automatic opening damper controller

- Resistance 1.7 - 1.9 at temperature 20 degree

6. Check the OVCV kit:

- Check the valve and valve seat

- Check the valve shaft movement check resistance

- Supply battery power to the two terminals of the valve

- Gently push the valve with your hand and check that the valve is tightly held
