I. Objectives:
- By the end of the lesson, Ss can understand the content of the lesson about the
traditional festivals.
* Contents:
- Vocab: Pottery, fetch, yell, urge, rub, bamboo, separate, husk, judge, council,
grand prize.
- G:rammar Review passive.

- By the end of the lesson: Ss can talk about the preparations for some festivals.
- Listen and get information to fill in the gaps.
II. Teaching aids:

III. Teaching procedure:

Eg:
This shows how Thuong temple was held.
The festival was held in the temple on the
fifteenth day of the first month of the year. It
lasted about two or three days. There were
many activities during the festival such as:
games, shopping , food, In the festival,……
people offered God their offerings to thank for
his blessings during the previous year and pray
the peace for the next year. Everybody can take
part in this festival. I think the festival is the
occasion for the people to show their gratitude
to God.
