Our Commodity is Vietnamese Long Grain white rice 15
percent brokens..
Product price is 480 USD/MT. Delivery at the port and
delivery time from the first may to the fifteen may, two
thousand and fourteen.
The packing is instrongly sewn new single juit bags of
60kgs net with tare weight of 700g each shipment in
5CTNS x 20 of 3000 bags.

Payment: by irrevocable letter of credit at sight
L/C to be opened by first class bank directly to
shipper imme. diately with T/T reimbursement
allowed. the letter of cradit confirmation charges,
if required, are for seller’s account. the letter of
credit shall provide for 100 pct payment at sight
against presentation of the following documents:

ORDER
After recieved our offer, they send us an order
with 11000MTS meter ton, they wanted us
delivered as soon as possible within 15 days,
namely date the fifteen may. The delivery
dates stipulated in their order must be strictly
adhered.


CONFIRMATION
Then, we comfirmed their order follow the
transaction to the terms and conditions stipulated.
Added to the insurance, arbitration, inspection.

They will be responsible for purchasing
insurance. About inspection, the certificate of
weight/ quality/packing issued By SGC

Arbitration is checked by Vietnam International
arbitration Center (VIAC).

Phẩm chất: 5% tấm
- Hạt vỡ: ≤ 15 %
- Độ ẩm: ≤14,5 %

- Tạp chất: ≤ 0,2 %
- Gạo nếp: ≤ 1 %
- Hạt đỏ: ≤ 2 %

- Mùi: Gạo xây có mùi tự nhiên, khơng
có mùi bệnh, mùi mốc hay có mùi lạ.
- Vị: Phải có vị đặc thù của gạo, khơng
chua hay đắng và khơng có mùi lạ.

- Hạt vàng: ≤ 1 %
- Hạt non: Không
- Hạt bạc bụng: ≤ 7 %

- Mức độ xác: mức độ
tốt thông thường
- Hạt Nguyên: ≥ 50 %.

- Phá hoại: Đảm bảo
được khơng có mọt cơn
trùng sau khi khử trùng.

Với điều khoản này hàng hoá trong hợp đồng sẽ
được làm rõ hơn về mặt “chất” gồm: kích thước,
hiệu suất, tác dụng…Với điều khoản này người
bán sẽ giao hàng cho người mua theo đúng u cầu
để được thanh tốn. Ngồi ra, dựa vào đây giá trị
của hàng hoá sẽ được xác định đúng hơn.
